So in a nutshell I didn’t have lunch today and needed to find a solution quick. After a quick Postmates and Yelp search, I landed on this page and I ended up ordering from here.

Initially I kept skipping over it because I’m not much of burger person and assumed that that is all they offered. However to my surprise they also have rice bowls and salads. I ended up getting the Mediterranean Shrimp Bowl. I choose this bowl over the Latin version simply because the Latin version had a cilantro sauce that I figured I wouldn’t like and didn’t want to chance trying it since I wasn’t in person. They also have these options with chicken and steak. The Mediterranean version came with a homemade lemon pepper dressing which I was super excited about that.

So the below picture is what I received. I am not pointing out the picture because of its presentation because I could careless. I am pointing out the picture because of the kiddie serving of vegetables and lack of some veggies. Now on Postmates for the Mediterranean shrimp bowl is states that it is topped with lettuce (did you see any?), cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and the dressing. Besides the fact that the bowl was missing the lettuce, the cucumbers and tomatoes were scarce. I mean if their bowls came in sizes, this would certainly be a small. Perhaps Postmates has the wrong information for what’s included but isn’t that the restaurants responsibility to correct it? Just saying.

The dressing - So when you see lemon pepper you would naturally thing “oh tangy”, right? I mean I did because lemon juice and olive oil is what I put on my salads so naturally that’s what my mind compared it to. I didn’t taste lemon anywhere in it. Not to mention it tasted like they put a whole 5lb bag of sugar in it. And idk maybe my tastebuds are super sensitive to sugar but to me lemon pepper dressing should not be sweet and even if you did put some sugar in it, I shouldn’t be able to notice from me just sticking a fork in it to taste it. Not much is picked up by a fork so that goes to show just how little I tasted and was able to still taste that.

Now the shrimp were cooked to perfection. Could’ve used a tad bit more but that’s just me being greedy. The veggies is a different situation! The seasoning and flavor were great on the shrimp. They were absolutely delicious.

I can’t say that I wouldn’t come back, but I probably wouldn’t...

PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs is a must-visit for anyone looking for bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and a unique twist on fast-casual dining. This spot takes the classic burger and kebab experience to the next level with creative recipes, fresh ingredients, and a vibrant atmosphere.

Outstanding Burgers PINCHO’s burgers stand out for their juicy patties, soft buns, and flavorful toppings. The Pincho Burger with its signature secret sauce is a fan favorite, while the Toston Burger, served between two crispy fried plantains instead of a bun, is a must-try for anyone looking for something different. Every burger is cooked to perfection and loaded with flavor.

Delicious Kebabs & Bowls If you're in the mood for something other than a burger, their kebabs are tender, well-seasoned, and served with fresh sides. The rice bowls are another great option, offering a balanced meal packed with protein, veggies, and bold seasonings.

Great Service & Atmosphere The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, making sure orders come out fresh and fast. The restaurant itself has a cool, casual vibe—great for a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends.

Final Verdict PINCHO Burgers and Kebabs is the perfect spot for burger lovers and anyone craving something flavorful and unique. Whether you go for a burger, kebab, or bowl, you’re in...

I ordered the Vaca Frita Bowl, advertised as a 16-hour braised beef. The meat was dried and flavorless, it looked liked boiled beef. Then to add insult to injury, it was Luke warm, with the cilantro sauce on top ice cold! There was lots of rice and beans, but very few tomatoe mix and zero sweet maduro bits. I went up to the young lady behind the cash registered, who had previously taken my order, and she said that they could exchange it, but she would need to ask her Manager. The Manager came from the back, with the worse disposition I have ever seen in my entire life, to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about it. Zero apology. She did say “There’s nothing I can do. If you don’t like it, order something else, but you will need to pay for it” Oh and my friend’s friends were cold! I might as well flushed the $64.85 down the toilet! I will never go back to this place! And I will make it a point to let...

This was my first time at Pincho and it didn't surpass my expectations. They offer creative combinations for their burgers, but are small in size. I had the Pincho burger and a side of regular fries and I was still hungry after I finished eating. Considering the price of the burger and comparing it to how filling it is, it is not worth the money, in my opinion. (The fries are also at an extra fee) On the other hand, the bowls were large in size and worth the price (very similar to the price of the burger but offer a larger amount of food) The lettuce wasn't as fresh as I would like and the onions were poorly cut both on the burgers and bowls. The pinchos could be steak, chicken, and/or shrimp. They bring about 6 pieces in 1 Pincho. The quality of the protein is great. In addition, the fries were crisp and perfectly salted. Overall quality of food was good!

I’m really disappointed with how much the quality has declined here. This used to be my go-to lunch spot, and I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. Over time, I’ve noticed both the quality and the portion sizes steadily go downhill, while the prices continue to rise. Take a look at this vaca frita bowl I received (photo attached) — it barely had a tablespoon and a half of meat and just one maduro. It was a thin layer of meat and was lacking flavor. The bowl itself was half empty, mostly filled with rice to make up for the lack of other ingredients. For the price, it just doesn’t make sense anymore. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a weekly customer. I work in the area and used to come in for lunch all the time, but I can’t justify it now. Really disappointing to see this change.
