Ordered and picked up a large pizza, arrived home and opened the box to find what looked like a small pizza. Just to make sure the pizza wasn’t correct I measured it and it was 11” from side to side. Called the store explained what happened and I was instructed to take the pizza back. Drove back to Papa Johns, arrived and spoke with the manager Henry Mezadieos and showed him the obviously smaller Pizza and he said it was the correct size, I explained to him that I had measured it at home and it was under 12” at which time he said “oh, you measured it? I will make you another one”. Instead of already having the correct pizza ready, I had to wait for the new Pizza to be made. After about 10 minutes he brings the new Pizza out and I open it and there’s an obvious size difference compared to the first Pizza. He said they were the same so I requested him to bring back the other Pizza so he can compare for himself but he refused saying the issue had been resolved with a dismissive attitude. At this point I felt extremely irritated and disrespected so I requested some sort of credit to my account to compensate me having to drive back and forth from my home along with the now over an hour of my life that I will never get back. I requested his direct supervisor and he said it’s him, I then requested some way to contact the owner of the establishment and he said the only thing I could do was reach out to papajohns. I don't even know where to start... I made an order for my elderly parents online for delivery. I was tracking the order and it arrived on time. About 40 mins after the order was delivered, I received a call from an angry driver saying he had delivered the wrong order and he was going to go pick it up. Mind you this was for my parents, I wasn't home to verify it was the wrong order and they were tired from a long trip and hungry. The driver was angry because he messed up the order and claimed that I needed to pay him for the difference of the mistake. I told the driver that I honestly couldn't do anything about the issue since I wasn't home and the pizza has probably 1/2 done. I asked him to call the store and fix the issue with them. About 5 mins later I called the store personally to try to explain the situation. After almost 10 mins of being on hold, someone finally answered the phone and he just mentioned he wasn't going to do anything about the situation and that the driver didn't speak any english and he wasn't going to deal with it and hung up the phone. 2 days after this situation I notice the charge that had to be $25 dollars went up to almost $40.00 without my authorization. Update March 2021— This place had gotten much better changing from a 1 star to 3.5. The orders are starting to be right and the service has improved. I will be coming back ! Update July 2021 back to one star. Extremely inconsistent! Finally called to complain (first time in 4 years) and all I was advised was I am sorry and we will try to make a better pizza next time. There will be no next time!**Latest update 9/20/21. Received a post card from Papa John for a free pizza and to give them another chance. Went online 5 times and the code does not work.
