Horrible horrible horrible experience. Food was awful, ordered beef brisket pizza and instead of the usual pizza sauce they put sweet barbeque sauce on the pizza and the beef brisket must have ended up on someone else's pizza because it certainly wasn't on mine. So, as soon as I got home with the pizza and was made aware of what was in the box by my disappointed hungry family, I attempted to contact the pizza hut location immediately in hopes of picking up the correct pizza before they close. I would think that calling 40 prior to close would have been adequate time for them to prepare another pizza for me to go pick up , again. However , I was wrong because during tha 40 min period I called and called and called but no one answers the phone and every call ends with a voicemail box is full and then disconnects the call. 11 times I called this store and not once could I reach someone who works there. I reached a call center a couple times and explained my situation and was transferred back to the store which took me to a voicemail box that is full again. On the last attempt , call number 11, jus before closing I reached the call center once again and explained to her my issue and once she realized I wasn't placing a new order and it was time to end her shift she stopped communicating with me and said she coulnt hear anyone on the line and was disconnecting the call and so she did. My assumption of the full voicemail box is that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer calling in an attempt to get what I paid for from such a poorly managed operation. Shame on you pizza hut. Get your act together if you plan to stay in business because a lot of your competition already make a much better pizza and provide an exceptional customer experiences. From now on I'll go elsewhere for pizza and stop wasting time and money at pizza...
Read moreI want to start out by saying I don't any specific problems with the staff members themselves but this Pizza Hut has to be the most inconvenient pizza place I have ever dealt with. I have had an issue with literally every single delivery order I've made here. There is always some kind of excuse or delay when I order for delivery. Even though they advertise that they deliver until 11 at night I have been told they stop delivering after 10pm even though I live literally 2 minutes away driving distance. I have also been told that my 20 minute estimated delivery time will actually be an hour or more because they don't have any drivers available. So I always end up having to either do carry out (defeating the purpose of why I'm ordering from Pizza Hut in the first place) or wait a ridiculous amount of time. I would have chalked it up to just being bad timing on my part but I have attempted orders at least 8 - 10 times and have had a similar issue EVERY time. All I can suggest is to extend delivery times later or increase the driver staff because I can order from a Dominoes 30 minutes away and have my pizza delivered...
Read morePlaced my order around 9. According to the store I didn't answer my phone when delivery showed. Bc of the virus they're supposed to leave paid order at the door for contactless delivery anyway but they didn't. I never had a missed call or missed message of any kind. After 10 I decided to call and the corporate sharing service picked up. I explained the situation and was told if I wanted to place another order I would have to pay for it. Blown away, I told the person I wouldn't dare pay twice for it. Got transferred to the store and spoke with a gentleman who assured me he would remake my order and send it out. Unfortunately I had to wait another hour for it. Screw it I'm hungry I said to myself. 1130 came and went so I called the "help" line again. At the end of our conversation on the midst of trying to get my money back the delivery guy rolls up. Actually tried telling me I owed him money. I laughed. Said yea I'm not paying for that I airway did. He said well it's cold anyway. LoL that's great....
