I don't love to eat out much anymore due to the overpriced restaurants and food chains and also being a vegan makes things pretty complicated, though you don't have too much a choice sometimes, especially when out shopping for hours with little ones in which was my case last night as I'm Christmas shopping and my 8yo was hungry. Was Tuesday night, had wanted the bogo pizza deal they have advertised but we ordered the dinner box instead as they were out of that deal. I feel so jipped with what we got. There's such a small portion for the almost $20 I spent, 8 small squares. Could maybe feed 2 people so I chose not to eat so that my 2 kids would have enough. Being there is no cheese on the pizza you would figure that somebody could add a little more olives but that seems to never be the case as when we ask for extra they want to charge us for an extra topping. Ridiculous to spend that kind of money and have less and there not be any kind of substitutions available for special dietary needs. At this point next time I go shopping I will pack pb&j sandwiches or whatever but I refuse to be ripped off ever again like I was this. Changes need to be made to suit everyone and special dietary needs. Until then I'll boycott pizza hut as well as other franchises that refuse to incorporate mindful and considerate options for all in need. The cardboard box was worth more than what ...
Read moreas a father coming home from a busy day at work sometimes the easiest thing for me and the kids is a quick pizza. I ordered online, seamless process, great deal, and hey available in 15 minutes! I show up, parking lot is a mess cant hardly park anywhere, oh well no big deal let me run in and grab this pizza. I go in and the manager on hand Mark, greets me and proceeds to take my payment. low and behold he gave the pizza to the wrong guy, who also claimed his name was brent. Odd? He doesnt apologize but insists rather he can get another one in and out to me right away..As disappointed as I was, I decided to wait instead of running to the other guys down the street. I'm not going to banter on and on about petty details...but fact is I just got my pizza 40 minutes after we were promised it wouldn't take but a few minutes! He took 1.86 off my pizza because I used a coupon online. Having waited so long, not that I expect something free but I'd have offered it after watching a 1 1/2 year old baby and 7 year old girl go nuts waiting for dinner in the lobby and now that we're home, its soggy and undercooked and simply GROSS! If it wasn't so far away i'd demand a refund because i payed cash, but a better way to let you know i hate your service and pizza is just...
Read moreNormally I'm a Pizza Hut fan, the upwards of 1000 Reward Points I have is testimony of that. There's something wrong with the food quality at this location though. Within a month I have ordered delivery from this location twice. The first time I found the flavor of the pizza to be 'off'.. I couldn't put my finger on what was missing, but it just wasn't right, and it wasn't cut all the way through either. Tonight's order was just an epic disaster.. cold, dry, tough as leather, overcooked cheese, skimpy toppings, no extra cheese as ordered and not all that edible.. and STILL not sliced all the way through. I powered through half of it anyways because I was starving and didn't want to wait another hour for an equally disappointing replacement. I've ordered from a few different Pizza Hut locations between Melbourne/Viera and Titusville, depending on which one I'm near when hunger strikes... but this location nearest my home seems to have some serious quality...
