It all started when the manager decided to hold my pizza hostage because I didn't have the correct credit card to show them when I went to pick the pizza up at the following location: 14607 SW 104th St Miami, FL 33186. I decided to call the person that initially ordered the pizza and had them send a picture of the card through text. The manager wouldn't even look at the picture of the card and put the pizza and pasta back. I asked the manager what my options were and she just looked at me with a glazed look and said that the policy is to bring the exact card that was used in the transaction. After staring at her in disbelieve she finally said that she call the owner of the card and confirm it with her. I asked her why she wouldn't do that in the first place instead of having me stand there with my five year old daughter waiting. No answer.
It gets better. I get home with the pizza and the pasta and it was not what we ordered. We ordered a pizza and that was correct but we also ordered the family pack pasta. The one we got was the single.
We called the location to speak to someone and had to talk to the manager through another person. I finally demanded that we speak directly to the manager. We explained to the manager that we made an order with a guy that works there and that the order was completely wrong. She said that the only way they would correct the order is if the product was brought back to the store. We already ate the pizza and pasta and just wanted the additional one that we paid for. Simple. We even have the bank statement proving that we paid a total of 26.73 for a large cheesey limited pizza and the family pack pasta. For the record we were not even given a receipt but we do have the bank statement. When asked for the guys name that the order was initially placed with the manager refused to give us his name. The managers name however is Enilda.
The experience was a disaster and completely mishandled. We will never go back again and will go to the Domino's around the corner that gets it right every time and knows how to treat people...
Read moreI paid over $40 for a delivery and i never got anything. for reference i ordered at 10:19pm on a Sunday (about 2 hours before closing) and the app said it would be in my hands around 10:49. fast forward to around 11:40 and i STILL don’t have my food so i called, only for them to tell me that it’s on the way and to call back once i get it for a refund. another 20 minutes go by and still no food. at this point i just want them to cancel my order and give me a refund. but then since they close at 12, which they did not tell me, i am now left with no pizza, no way to contact the store, and a $40 charge on my card. not to mention they closed the store without resolving my issue. easily the WORST pizza delivery service i’ve experienced. id give this place 0 stars if i could. it doesn’t help that i’m not even a 5 minute drive away from the store. i’m not one to complain about customer service but this is just ridiculous. it’s also not the first time they take over an hour to deliver my food but at least other times i’ve gotten it even if it’s late. never buying from this terrible...

NEGATIVE: Part of my order was missing, because this store choose to use door dash for my order even though I ordered direct. Because part of my order was missing, I proceeded to call them to let them know I'd like it fixed; they then proceeded to answer and hang up on me 9 times almost in what I consider to be a mocking fashion, and I wasn't able to get my items or a refund for them. Suffice it to say I've put in a complaint with pizza hut corporate, and will not be ordering from this...
