I went in after my son's Karate class at like 6:30pm. Theres only 1 person in front of me. I'm only there to get a cookie and chips. The lady at the counter, did not acknowledge me and my son standing there, she was on the phone video chatting - private (not work related call) and she knew we were there because initially she looked at us, which i thought it was to take our order, but instead it was to continue her personal coversation. I'm trying to be polite and not cut in front of the lady ordering a meal ahead of me and waiting patiently to be asked what I would like. I keep telling myself, once she places the other lady's order in the oven she will follow-up. But... shocker... she doesn't. Its not until 3 additional customers walk in (and the door bells keep rining) that she actually takes note and hangs up the phone to begin addressing everyone. Then she looks at me, makes eye contact and makes an expression like "we are there to bother her". It just blows my mind. I guess I should have...
   Read moreHello I went to this Subway around 4:30 pm today 5/04/20 and the store was opened inside,me and my girlfriend wanted to order something to go,but unfortunately the employee that was there told me that she would only take orders online with an unfriendly voice,very strange because a few days back I went and everything went well ,some other employee was there and that person was nice and friendly plus it's closer to my house,but since the employee that was there today and didn't want to help I called another Subway #29354-0. Located at 13630 SW.120th street bay #226 and the person was really helpful on the phone so I drove there and I was able to order my food,please I would like some information regarding this matter,not happy with that Subway poor customer...
   Read moreThe employee had head phones on and didnât remove them until the third time they asked me to repeat myself (which I did in English and Spanish) followed by them removing their mask to ask again what I said when they couldnât understand.
The sandwiches were made falling apart out of the wrapper. Not to mention the employee refused to give a refund, name, or get the manager/owner on the phone. I sure as heck wasnât going to eat this uncooked mess. I work in restaurant management and you can bet an employee who treated a customer like this would get a well deserved âpromotionâ to customer.
Mistakes happen, but acting as if youâre in the right after making blatant mistakes as well as being rude is something...
