I ordered online for curbside. I also did read the small print about some locations not having curbside. But this location still directed me to what type of vehicle I have, etc. The employee talked about how employees got hurt walking in the parking lot. I indicated that I am right by the curb at the restaurant. She refused saying the district manager wouldn't allow it. I said that would have been very useful if I knew before I decided this location based on curbside. When I went inside, an employee acted like they were going to help me, and proceeded to go in the back, working on boxes and pizzas. I patiently waited, then another employee asked to help the person behind me, and I asked if I could have my pizza. She said they must be cooking it. I told that employee I called before entering, thinking I had curbside. I'm pretty sure, but can only surmise, they had some attitude and pretended to help me, but didn't choose to. I didn't yell or act like anyone owed me, I just ordered a pizza. The pizza was right there in the warming tray, right in the front all along. As it showed on the TV screen that my order was ready. Not good customer service by any means. A lot of signs in restaurants say be patient and kind to the workers, but I also think this should go both ways. I won't be using this location ever again based on this horrible customer service...
Read moreOrdered a large meatlovers and 16 boneless wings. Was told 35 mins till delivery. 1hr later we call and no one picks up. Corporate answers and we go through the details with them. They can't find the ticket on their system.
We're put on hold while they investigate.
Meantime we call the store on another line and get an answer, we explain what occurred and they say that the delivery man brought it to the wrong hotel room. And instead of calling our number they go to the front desk and call our room. However upon arriving at the hotel, our room phone was broken.
We never received a call to our cell phone.
They offer to remake our order and send it back. At the same time corporate gets back on the line and the exchange results in them telling us the store should remake and delivery free of charge. We relay this to the store to much protest.
We are now getting taco bell instead as they would not remake free of charge.
The delivery man said he knocked on our door and no one answered. There are 4 people in here. We would have heard if they knocked.
When we called in the order we gave the number for our room correctly after asking if they needed it.

We just moved into the area and noticed this was the only pizza place so we gave it a try and ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks online... ETA was 45 minutes. When we arrived at the store to carryout I paid for the pizza and then they couldn't find it. They finally found it and realized the breadsticks were cinnamon sticks so they had to re-make them and we waited another 5-10 minutes. Upon getting home we opened our cold pizza and warmer yet extremely bland breadsticks. There was seasoning on maybe a 4th of the loaf. The pizza looked like a grease bomb went off. After forcing myself to eat a few pieces and one of the terrible breadsticks with cold sauce (seriously, it shouldn't be hard to heat the marinara), we just threw out the remainder and decided to chalk it up to a lesson learned.
I would sum up the experience as previously frozen poor quality food, that was rushed out with little care for quality. Simply put, save your money and go somewhere else. This is one pizza place I never need to eat at again. Straight up awful. You're better off driving 20 minutes into town for Carmello's, Borillo's, Al's or...
