Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Florida

Do not give your money to the Planet Smoothie on JYP, instead drive to the OBT location next to LA Fitness. They’re way more friendly and appreciate your business!! I was just at the location on JYP and this is not the 1st nor 2nd time I just stand there like an idiot waiting to be served in an empty store!! They greet you when you 1st walk in but that’s it. The older Spanish lady who took it over is overworked and doesn’t smile. She was finishing up a smoothie for someone with a serious face the whole time while another girl just stood there literally staring at me and the other customer. She never asked what I wanted, nothing just standing staring. So the older lady rings up the other customer and walks to the back room not looking at me or anything so I go to the girl standing looking “is someone going to take my order?” And she said “she coming back”...so I said “I’m leaving and will give my money to the other store cause you guys must not want it! Worst customer service ever and I will write abt my experience” and left!!

So now I’m enjoying my smoothie while the other 2 are being made at the other location with friendly girls and good music! Night and day with both locations and it’s sad. Hopefully they can get it together over there, I hate to see businesses do bad but it starts from...

I occasionally come here not so often because I live sooo far away I’m not the one to write bad reviews but today in the morning I came in and the Young lady in the front is ALWAYS so nice and PROFESSIONAL no matter what she’s going through she has a smile and attends every customer the correct way. Today I walked in while there was only one person being taken care of I walked in and the lady who’s the “manager” “Ruby” was in the back room she seen me yet didn’t approach me. I seen her she peeped outside. It wasn’t till another customer came after me a older gentleman a regular often more than I and she remembered him and she came out and took care of him BEFORE me mind you I’m already irritated because I’m pregnant and I need some protein in me and get to work she absolutely ignored that I was next and just took care of him and spoke to him about how she remembered him and what he wanted done IDC but all your customers matter not just the ones you remember and want to maybe flirt with. As a manager it was very unprofessional to ignore a customer not say good morning skip her and taker care of the next gentle man. Very unprofessional. Her co worker/worker acts more professional and she’s Younger very sad you’re suppose to...

Very poor customer service by the older lady who seems to be Midwestern I believe ( just point out the right person). Sees me walk in but chose to continue texting. Store was empty by the way. A little "hello good morning welcome to planet smoothie, give me a minute I'll be right with you" , goes a long way. She went to put my smoothie in the a styrofoam cup, I asked if she can please put in plastic due the set of my cup holders, the styrofoam is more likely to break and I don't need that in my car. Tells me no and proceeds to fill cup. I'm explaining to her if I can't get plastic, then I don't want it.
