This could easily be a five-star review if they changed their customer service. When I arrived, I liked the atmosphere: decent music, lots of tables, bar seats, and outdoor seating. I could not figure out where to order. I, like a sheep, stood behind a couple of people and looked around the cafe for any sign on where to place my order. After a moment, I realized I was standing in the pickup line. I chose to sit at the bar. There were four employees/baristas/servers; none of them greeted me nor made any eye contact. I sat there for a few minutes reading my Bible and waiting for any greeting. A customer walked in the door and was greeted, but the customer said she was ordering on her phone. I then opened google, found the web page, and ordered a latte, muffin, and cookie for my daughter. The order was processed in about five minutes. The latte was wonderful, perfect temperature (hot), not acidic, and great flavor. I enjoyed my muffin, and my daughter loved her cookie. This would be a five-star review if any attempt to greet me...

What a gem!!! Was on my way to Orlando airport from Disney and was looking for a local coffee shop and I was happy find this place! It was very clean (including the family friendly bathroom), staff was friendly and coffee was spot on! I had an iced cafe con leche and it was was just right. Roasters are local. Got to talk to the owner while visiting, and it's clear he cares about his customers' experiences. Additionally they sell quality ice cream in a way that fits in, making it a perfect stop with the little ones too. The place was very spacious and decorated with class making it a nice spot to study, work, or socialize. Such a refreshing feel and good break from the big market coffee shops that make coffee from automated machines run from buttons rather than baristas and real espresso machines.

Will definitely be coming again next time I fly into Orlando or...
