Be very careful with the food. I don’t go into this store that much but when I do go I get the bread with scrambled eggs. The description they have is bread, butter and scrambled eggs but each time I have gone they do fried eggs instead and they have to remake them even though I specifically say I want scrambled. Even with these issues we like the bread and eggs so we go sometimes and buy these for my kids and I. Today we went and got 6 of them. 2 for each of us. We get home we start eating and we all start to notice slowly that something was wrong. One of my daughters ate one of them and said to me “I’m sorry mommy i don’t want to be picky but there’s something wrong with these eggs.” My poor daughter thinking it was her being picky with food while I had already noticed the taste and smell so I stopped eating thinking maybe it was just my sandwich. My other daughter took one bite and said “I’m not eating this”. So finally all 3 of us are on the same page and start smelling the eggs and they had a funky smell. So I go back to the store and tell them I want to speak to a manager and I want a refund and I did bring the food back. The man who cooked the eggs said to me “there’s nothing wrong with the eggs I tried them when I was cooking them”. So either he’s lying to save himself or he does eat customers food while cooking it. The manager said to me “we don’t smell anything and the eggs are fine” so now we are either crazy or liars. Then the manager tried to give me a refund for 5 sandwiches since my daughter ate one. I guess he thought I was ok with paying for my daughter to eat rotten eggs. I advised him I needed the whole refund and he did. Not one person apologized for what happened. Not one person seemed even the slightest concerned about the situation. All they kept doing was telling me there was nothing wrong with the eggs. I guess they can taste food with their eyes because they didn’t eat them. I have sent a message to corporate to see if they are a bit more concerned than this...

Bad customer service from kitchen staff, I order 3 Top Sirloin Burgers (X-Picanha), got 3 sandwiches with a bad angus beef, and also no egg, bacon or corn on every sandwich, explained to waitress that’s not what I ordered, she apologized after seen receipt, same called a supervisor who identified as Luciana, and I was told order was gonna be changed, after 10 minutes got same 3 sandwiches, but with a difference this time whoever prepared sandwiches put egg and bacon inside, fries were cold, also all food, asked Luciana(supervisor) to speak to a manager, and was told nobody available, at this point asked for money back, and was told it could be subtracted from final receipt, again they make a mistake, and only was subtract-22.50$ from grocery final bill, I proceed to explain that I paid more for 3 sandwiches, because...Yes I was charged in advance, and difference was paid by cashier in cash...
