You are clearly hurt by my review . The only reason why I moved the sushi’s from your platter was to cover the disaster of presentation you did , and tried to make it look better with the sticks.

I do not believe $60 will make me any richer , so no I was not trying to take advantage of your restaurant , but if I paid for an order I made with a week and half in advance I expect perfection and I did not get that. I hope you as the owner take notes of my review instead of taking offense.

I also called as soon as I received the platter , but your restaurant did not answer any phone calls , and the reason why your restaurant received a one star review is due to the fact your costumer services was horrible . Instead of finding a solution you decided to be in defense mode . ………. Not good for catering! While the flavors in my dish were okay, the overall presentation was a disaster. The food was piled haphazardly on the plate, making it look messy and...

First time at the Hunters Creek location as is new. Let’s start with the service. Franklyn was very friendly and gave suggestions that came out to be the perfect choice for our rolls. He even took pictures for us. We ordered 6 Rolls and we could not decided which one was my favorite. From the appetizer Chicken Gyozas to the sushi rolls ( The Paisa Roll, The Escobar Roll, The Tropical sexy salmon roll, The Caribbean roll and The Salmon Tempura Roll) and of course we tried the Mango Sangria. If I Could Give 10 Stars, I Would

I’m a regular at the Lake Nona location, so expectations were already high—but sitting down at the new Hunters Creek spot? Blown away. The energy, the service, the ambiance—it’s the same signature Escobar experience but with a fresh, elevated vibe.

The food? Unreal. Every plate felt like a celebration. The service? Impeccable. The live music? Straight NXT LVL. We didn’t just have dinner—we had a whole experience.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a longtime fan like me, this place delivers—every single time. Proud to see this team growing and leveling up without losing the magic.
