Quiznos — Restaurant in Florida

I paid for my sub and was never given a receipt by the cashier. When I went to pickup my sandwich they questioned me for paying because the cashier never gave me a receipt! The lady was very rude finally the cashier came over and told her I paid!!! I left furious and didnt check my food! When I got home I received one side of guac for a 12 inch sub!??? If I buy a six inch sub do you give me half a portion cup???? And there was no bacon!!! I ordered a turkey bacon quac 12 inch sub!!!!! Not a turkey sub!!!!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I CAN ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT YOUR BAD QUIZNOS!!! And you put barely any lettuce!!!! There was more jalapeños than lettuce!!!! Poor...

This Quiznos was in a gas station. You had to place your order on a touch screen. It had no way to edit your order without canceling the whole thing and starting over. I was ordering for 4 people, one of whom is a child. I consider myself to be computer savvy. It wasn’t really user friendly. It wasn’t easy to find what you wanted and without a clear way to go back to the prior screen or edit your order. When traveling, the last thing anyone needs is to get frustrated with placing an order for something quick to eat. They only had two tables to sit at as well. Was really excited to get a Quiznos sub after all these years. The service was unbelievably horrible. The lady working there was rude, nasty and had an extra stank attitude. Her unprofessional nasty stank attitude unfortunately transferred over to the sandwich making it nasty and stank as well. Then to top it off the cashier refused to use my $15 Quiznos gift card, acting as if she had no clue how to manually type in the gift card number. I drove a long way to try a sub I used to really like. Whole experience was spoiled just like the employees attitudes....
