Red Wagon BBQ Shack — Restaurant in Florida

Bruh!! My 11 yr old daughter and I were leaving Kennedy Space Ctr, we were starving. I did a quick Google search for "restaurants" on the way back to our air bnb. I was slightly disappointed to see it was a food truck because we were tired from walking and standing for 6 hours and were hoping for a sit down spot. But we were there, hungry, and well aware that a little food truck in the middle of nowhere can have bomb a** food. This was definitely the case here. The pulled pork was TENDER and delicious. The bun was a sweet compliment to both the hot bbq and mustard sauces we got. The fried okra lightly battered and crisp yet moist (yeah, I said it!) and tasty on the inside. The cornbread was sweet and comforting and had the consistency of a firm cake. Freakin amazing. At first I wished I'd had some butter to slather it in, as I'm accustomed to doing, but quickly realized it wasn't even needed. My daughter loved the mac n chz. And my dude at the truck was kind and friendly. If you're headed this way for vacation with the fam or even passing through on business definitely make a pit stop and get that pulled pork sandwich. That really sucks because the food was really good I ordered right before closing and didn’t check my bag before I left but I didn’t think I had to I sat there talking about the ribs that I ordered for freaking 10 minutes with the guy! And he gave me a box of rice! Are you kidding me? I feel like I got robbed I got charged $60 for a little bit of brisket and some rice! Hey but at least the brisket was good. then tried to call and the phone number listed isn’t there a phone number and there was a very rude woman on the other line. Wow! Just wow

Edit: I was able to drive back to the restaurant and get my order. And the food was really good. I did it was the end of the day but that’s a $17 mistake and I even tipped the guy. At least I got my food and it was delicious! Honestly if I was him though I would’ve given me back my tip at least. I just had to drive an extra 30 minutes going back-and-forth to retrieve my food. I really missed the black man that ran this place for years, he also had another spot in LaBelle, Florida. His barbecue was so superior compared to the people that bought him out. I have to say that every single time I've eaten there since he's been gone, all of us, all the people I gave the food to burped up the smoke flavor over and over again, it just keeps repeating. It's like too much of a smoke flavor and they're using the wrong wood and their smoke flavors too much and they're red ring around the barbecue that we're looking for is totally off here and I'm sad over it because this was the spot to get some smoked meat and for some crazy reason they constantly run out of chicken where they don't know how to order enough chicken or something it it's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen like half the time you go there and you order chicken that's gone and I mean they're not doing the turkey legs the way the last guy did I would tell you to avoid...
