Shaker's Conch House — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered through Uber eats and I will say it was delivered fast but I was not pleased with the way they send food with out condiments, so I had to provide my own and secondly the Conch had no seasoning at all! Even after I added hot sauce ketchup and mustard it still was not good oh I even had to add lemon since I had no lime either! That so called Conch sauce is nothing but orange mayonnaise! Customer service was great, myself and my husband walked in to order and the son of the owner came out and spoke to everyone and asked us if we wanted to try something that they just made and wanted our opinion on what he cooked. This place the food is not the same as back in the days. The food has really gone down hill since back in the days. The taste is just bland & the Conch was so tough. I ordered 3 Conch & Fries, let me tell you don't waste your money or time. I spent $53 on food we could not even enjoy & had to throw away.
