Snappers Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Florida

I like this place my only people is the customer service the cashier don’t know the difference between lemon pepper powder and lemon pepper seasoning it was my first time trying this snapper an it was past the lunch special time so I ordered lemon pepper flavor wings but I asked was it the powder or seasoning she said powder, if your from broward you know what lemon pepper crack is thats the powder everyone love so I said okay I’ll get that when I got my food it was seasoning WILL NEVER ORDER IT AGAIN it’s to salt. On another occasion of coming back as I was looking on the menu there was a Arab young guy there this day I asked for a min mind you their speaker is already on its last wire so I didn’t hear the guy say to move up to the windows to order so I’m repeatedly saying hello I’m ready to order ask I’m seeing her walk back an forward by the computer instead of him just saying pull up ma’am or looking out the window to let me know to move up instead he stood there walking back an forward no one in the line just me so I pulled up an asked why couldn’t he say somethings instead of me just saying hello he say I told you to pull up the first time mind you I didn’t hear him the first time cause y’all’s speaker...

I just moved to the area about three weeks ago, and every time I’ve came to this snappers, which is literally right next to my apartment. And every time I visit this location, my food is never fresh and it’s always overcooked dry and hard. I’ve noticed from the three weeks that I’ve been here that the prices are going up, but the quality is going down. Customer service is up and down as well, late night. There’s a young lady that’s there with no kind of customer service at all. I came from work today and said maybe it’s the timing that I go there, let me go when it’s lunchtime and early. It was no different, the only difference is I asked for extra lemon pepper, and it was actually put on there like they were trying to hide something. My chicken had a funny smell and was burnt. I will be doing a live review on this location and posting this location on social media so that everybody knows that businesses like this that takes peoples money and that don’t care about the quality out of the food or people coming back...

Wow let me tell you about the experience I just had at Snappers before I start I been supporting them way before they opened. Seems like when my kids goes there the older guy always mess up the order and over charge them. ( I kept letting go by ) Today at 5:22 pm my son walked over to order something to eat for the both of us, he came home with the wrong order once again and over charged by almost $7. The older guy gave me Snapper and Shrimp ( I don’t eat fish ) I went back and told him that’s the wrong order I even gave him my order over the phone. Do you know this man looked in the plate and said my son at 2 shrimp 🤔 excuse me my son doesn’t eat shrimp he order chicken. This man argued me down because of his mistake and didn’t want to give me a refund until I called my bank in his face.
