first time at Mamma mai the food is so delicious but the girl who work there was so rude i donot know her name but she was wearing a red tshirt and she has too many ear earrings ... after we order i went to ask her where is the bathroom she was talking on the phone she looked at me and ignored me i asked her again where is the bathroom she ignored me and didnot even look at me ... i felt so insulted and I felt embarrassed ... i had to go to the other side and i asked the one who is heating the pizza and he showed me where is the bathroom ... i told hem why she is not answering me i asked her where is the bathroom and she ignored me and he was smiling at me didnot know what to say ..... i told my husband and he was so upset and we finish our order and left and will never comeback again.. just because we are not American it doesnot give her the right to be that rude to us she didnot even apologize ... today is 27th jan the time we went in was 3:30pm

First time visiting this restaurant as one of my coworkers recommended this place. We got there at 8:20pm. The staff took more than 10 mins to sit us down (nobody was in line, just my wife and I) and the waitress took another 10 mins to take the whole order at once, drinks, appetizers, main dish and even the dessert. I know they close at 9pm, but if your doors are opened till 9pm, each customer deserves to be treated professionally and with the same time as any other customer that goes during day shift. The waitress was rushing us and we didn’t even had enough time to see the menu. Once the food was served, he disappeared and came back at 905pm to give us the check, basically telling us it’s closing time and you must go. This nigh staff is not customer service oriented and not friendly at all. With this experience I’ll definitely not come back here. Not recommended at all, go earlier to check if you have a better experience.

Stopped here at random just from seeing them from the street. Went and were extremely happy! The fried mozzarella was some of the best I’ve ever had, it was definitely fresh! And the marinara sauce it comes with was the best I’ve EVER had at ANY restaurant! I got the sausage and peppers and hubby got the spaghetti bolognese. My main complaint with mine was it was a tad salty, but still amazing! The bolognese was creamy and delicious, you could tell it was fresh! I had Greek salad and hubby had some type of walnut one that was really good. Just a fair warning - the garlic knots have a lot of garlic on them, and it is freshly chopped garlic! If you love fresh garlic, you’ll love these, if you’re not a fan of garlic id maybe skip the garlic butter on them. All in all, this is a MUST! If we lived closer, this would become our new Italian restaurant! This is a must must must! Please GO!

Because of all the positive reviews on next-door, Paul and I decided to have a Friday night dinner at Bella Trattoria. They are in the process of changing their name to the Sopranos because there is a new owner. In the meantime, we were seated immediately with a reservation And the place was buzzing. Maria was our server, and it turned out that this was her first day working here. I knew she was not a novice because she was too experienced for that. She had been working in Deerfield Beach and wanted to be Closer to home. At first we ordered a half carafe of a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon wine, which was only $15. It was definitely more than two glasses apiece for each of us. Then they brought out a magnificent focaccia bread with a plate of garlic olive oil;, the bread was warm and delicious and very seasoned. I then had a very fresh crisp salad. I went on to order a Bronzino fish with spaghetti. It was a huge, generous portion of fish under a mound of spaghetti and their famous sauce. I took home half of tonight’s dinner, and I am very much looking forward to eating it. We couldn’t leave without having their Brulé cheesecake which was luscious and decaf cappuccinos. Paul enjoyed a very generous portion of pasta Amatriciana Scallops. They do have a loyalty program. However because of the changeover to new owners, it won’t be operational until the next time I probably come in for dinner. I was told to bring this receipt and they will add on the points. We were very happy coming here last night and meeting One of the owners who was definitely schmoozing the customers and helping in any which way he could. We look forward to coming back and I wish them a...

Let me start by saying that i do like the food here, But this 1 experience will have me going elsewhere. I ordered a Large white pizza over the phone for pick-up. I forgot to order a salad so i called back....5 times (literally) and each time they would put me on hold (not even acknowledge the call) the phone would disconnect. I called a sixth time and when they picked up the phone and simply said "Please hold" i interrupted the girl saying that i was hung up on 5 other times. She assured me the phone wouldn't hang up and i would be put on hold and i would "hear music"...guess what the staff has no idea how to put people on hold because, you guessed it, i was hung up on for the 6th time.

So i drove down and figured that i would order the salad when i got there. i ordered a salad and they told me they only have LARGE salad (Which is def NOT a large) and it was $17 for a greek salad. i wanted grilled chicken which made it even more. I paid and said "Well i won't be ordering that anymore". A large pizza and a salad was $54.00.....$54.00!!!!

Looks like they are trying to bring the "New York" high prices to Florida. (If New York was so great you wouldn't be here i might remind you)

Then ON TOP OF ALL THAT, i waited 26 minutes for them to make me a salad while taking care of heavens waiting room in the dining area.

No apology for the wait, nothing...i was told "Here you go". Sooo, Plenty of other Italian places that won't Gouge your pockets with their "NY" Prices, and when i got home....you guessed it the pizza was cold.

You aren't missing out here.....to dine in you need to be 80+ years of age to begin with. Just keep it...

We were a party of 6 adults & 2 toddlers and they were very accommodating. We made reservations and the next day I needed to change the amount of people They had no problem fitting our larger group. I’ll start with the good- The food of course was fabulous Not one of us had a complaint & enjoyed the meal. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and clean. All the staff were very nice and efficient as well! The cons- There was a very large party behind us They assumed the place was all theirs and didn’t sit down for awhile This left us being hit in the back of our heads constantly-plus the noise was a lot. They were simply rude! Now this wasn’t 100% the restaurants fault but a manager should have asked the party to sit as they were disturbing the whole place. Upon ordering we wanted to order some beers & wine- which they have had in the past-we were told they could no longer serve beer or wine. This was a celebration for our family and we were extremely disappointed I only wish they had told us when just 2 days before we made the reservation. Being in the business we are aware your beverage license doesn’t get taken for NO reason. So this left us wondering WHY? Not sure if we’ll return not knowing what they did to lose the license and if they will even be able to get it back. Just a warning if you like to partake in wine or beer with dinner you can’t get it here- as of right...
