Nothing more annoying than when you spend $20 on drinks. Put the drinks in the car and come back a few minutes later to use the restroom. When I asked for the code I was given a look by the manager like I couldnāt use the bathroom without buying something. Obviously he wasnāt around when I placed my order but Starbucks policy is such bs. I have a little girl with me who really needed to use the bathroom, even if I didnāt buy a drink itās called having some decency. Starbucks charges quite a bit for a coffee, the least yāall could do is keep your restroom stocked and stop being such cheap skates.
Customer service is about making the experience from start to finish a good one. The kids making the drinks did a great job! They were fast and kind. But gotta love the stickler follow the rules manager on bathroom access lol. If you canāt tell yet, that pretty much ticked me off.

I've stopped here a couple times on my commute to work recently and EACH time, the baristas have been exceptionally kind, energetic, and friendly. Like, "wow these folks must love their coworkers and being having fun" type friendly - like, "wow, that barista didn't have to be that friendly and kind to me but they really were." It truly was a gift to interact with folks who didn't seem stressed and were intentionally kind and helpful. Again, as someone who used to work in food service I know that a stress-free workplace is not normally the case and I just wanted to shoutout whatever is happening in that cafe because the interactions that I've had with the kind + friendly workers at this cafe genuinely make me want to come back. I ordered a vanilla larege bean frap for my granddaughter and I could see the color was brownish, I asked the cashier in drive thru about the color and he assured me it was correct, got home and sure enough my granddaughter gagged bc it tasted like coffee!! Very disappointed 7 yr old, I ordered 2 large lavender oatmilk dragon fruit drinks with sweet cream cf and extra fruit since the last ones were delicious. Again..color was off, barely lavender, sure enough no extra fruit and mostly tasted like cream!! Starbucks is our luxury treat so wasting money bc I don't have time to drive all the way back to the store for a replacement or want to sip everyones drink at the window to see if it's correct is just unnecessary and disappointing.
