Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I came in at 9:49 for a Hot n Ready Pepperoni Pizza. There were already 2 people in the lobby that were currently waiting on a Pepperoni Pizza themselves. So I asked for one and the guy named Michael that worked the register said, "sir it's 10 minutes before close I don't have a Pepperoni ready." I said, "it's called Hot n Ready though?" And again he said, "it's 10 minutes until close I'm not going to keep them ready." So I walk out to leave. There was a homeless gentlemen sleeping on the curb in front of the building and a kind lady asked him if he was hungry. He said, "yes but ma'am I'm not begging or asking" and she said, "I know that I'm asking you if you want something to eat." He said, "yes ma'am." She went back inside to buy him some crazy bread and I decided that I was going to go back in and get some myself. When the kind lady tried buying the crazybread, Michael, felt the need to try to tell her not to do it and that "5 people have already bought him food today." She said, "sir I haven't eaten a single bite of food today and i know what it's like to go without." I instantly stepped in and said, "if she is buying him food then you have no right to try to get her to do otherwise. She is paying for it and giving it to him and that is her choice." I said, "I worked for Jim and Dena under JAMA Foods and first of all they wouldn't appreciate you going against policy and not having pizzas Ready." That is a big deal under the Little Caesars banner. He stopped me and said, "Yeah well I still work for them and you don't." I said, "What is that supposed to mean?" He said, "Listen you're the one that came back." I said, "I came back to buy something and you're being very rude to me and to her because she wants to buy this man food." He continued to be rude about the gentlemen outside and couldn't handle having 4 people in the lobby at one time. I have been purchasing from Store 7 for 11 years and Michael is a problem. As long as he is there I will not be spending my money...

I love Little Carsars but this is the worst by far in the Fort Myers area!!!! I rarely come to this one unless I really really have too. The employee's are rude and if you are not paying attention they WILL rip you off. A few months ago I ordered 2 pizzas. Nothing special. Pepperoni and a cheese (I have 3 teens at home and didnt want to wait and one of the main reasons I like little Caesars is because they usually have it ready) I gave the cashier a $20 didnt realize until after I got home i was short changed $2. Tonight I sent my 14 year old son in to get a pepperoni. The cashier tried to charge him $6.30. My son came back out to the car because he didnt have enough money. Thinking my son was at fault (because of the new "extra") I sent him back in to ask just for the classic. He came back out and still was being charged $6.30. I sent him in one more time to order a cheese pizza (i was curious of the outcome) he went in asked for a cheese and the cashier still tried to charge 6.30. At this time I was pissed. I go in ask for a pepperoni was charged 5.30. Asked the cashier why the hell she was over charging my son. Said he asked for a extra pepperoni. That was the excuse she gave. Then straight out called my son a liar and stated he never asked for a cheese. I can understand being mistaken twice. It was a Friday night and it was a little busy. But being mistaken 3 times once on a "cheese" pizza. Get the hell out of here. This whole crew is worthless. My husband has also been ripped off by this store as well. Except he caught his right when it happened. The lady apologized and said she "must of...

Well for one, kids tried to order via phone because you cannot order a Thin cheese pizza on line. (y is that??) there is no way to leave a message while ordering food for directions via ordering on line so you HAVE to call .....i am guessing since it has been 45 min of consistently calling them and hearing "sorry the number u have called is busy".... finally after 44 calls, i finally reached someone (yes i am persistent) ....the supv. stated i could order a regular thin pizza online so i asked where n she did not know...i said i have the order ready to send i am ordering a regular cheese pizza but i am calling to get a thin pizza...she said i cant do that because of the difference in price so i said just charge my card the difference so i can use the coupon for 5$ (we are a family of 7 so had other things we were ordering too)...i stated that defeats the purpose of ordering online and getting the 1st time coupon of 5$ off then?...she said i was basically SOL (not in so many words) ... so order deleted and off to Taquizzo for great customer service and GOOD food we go....btw, my daughter was in line as they had taken my car to get the food after picking up items from the store, she stated there hadnt been anyone on the phone since she got there so she too had to wait in line for nada considering the shun and lack of care the supervisor decided to give ....i have lived many years with never having little caesars, as my kids talked me into it....i now will live many more without...no...
