I live literally right next to this location and when my mom’s in town she walks to come here. This morning (9/7/24) around 8 am we got some coffee before heading to Miami for the day and whoever was working the window was amazing. She was blonde with a black rimmed hat on, we wished we got her name but unfortunately we were in a rush. My mom felt really moved by her positive attitude so early in the morning. We both will continue to come back to this location due to all of the positive energy that is flowing from staff. My mom is a cancer survivor so she starts everyday in a good mood and continues to try her best to make a good impact on anyone’s life since you never know what someone else is going through. Read moreIt doesnt deserve Any stars. Lately they are always taking 10+ minutes longer than their projected time. 30 mins for a coffee and a sandwich is insane. Not just that but they make the sandwich first so by the time you get your drink the food is ice cold. I missed an extremely important meeting today bc of how late they were. The workers move slow as molasses with priority to drive through while my mobile order I put in 20+ minutes ago goes unmade. All while the manager tells the workers “good job”. Now the manager is great with any issues you have. She really is a nice lady and cares when you speak with her. But they need to do better. When you’re charging almost $15 for a small sandwich that you microwave and a coffee you should get better service than this. I spend over $100 a week here. I shouldn’t constantly be eating ice cold food or being late. Not just that, but about 3-4 times in the last month my food or coffee was “missing” when I went there. Read moreSince the drive thru at gulf coast town center says its temporarily closed, i attempted to redeem my birthday reward. There was a big line at the drive thru which seems to happen at a lot of the Starbucks drive thru locations right off the interstate. Tried using my phone app & the system kept glitching. Grumpy guy says its past my birthday by a day & I lost out. Tried to pay for it with my card balance & didnt go thru. Logged in to find a message stating"Sorry your starbucks rewards are temporairly unavailable but dont worry your stars are safe." I wish that Starbucks would handle the reward like BurgerFi does where they give you 30 days to redeem a birthday reward. Guess he was grumpy along with the other problems Starbucks is having by closing certain locations & jamming too many people thru the drive thru's. People are stressed working there...
