I come in every single morning, get the same drink every day, the largest size, in the same size cup, every morning.

I mobile ordered, even checked to make sure I selected the right thing, and this is how full it was when I picked it up. Makes no since.

They venti Trenti’d me , but again ….. I ordered the largest size and they didn’t fill it all the way. And the “manager” who came over to me offered to fill the rest with milk. That’s a terrible alternative and that’s just someone who doesn’t know what they are doing lol.

I come in every single morning, get the same drink/size/cup and that was just extremely dumb and should not have been put out ready for pickup like that.

I visited this morning via drive thru. I ordered an iced white mocha, pumpkin bread, cake pop, muffin, and egg bites. At the window I was asked if I needed a straw which was odd because I can’t drink the latte without one as it has a dome lid. Not a big deal. What really upsets me is that I was missing the egg bites and I was charged for it. It would be helpful if the person could double check that the bag has all of the food in it before handing it to the customer. I pulled away so I wouldn’t disrupt drive thru times but next time I will have to stay and double check my own order. No one wants to park and come inside for a mistake after waiting in a drive thru line...
