They venti Trentiâd me , but again âŚ.. I ordered the largest size and they didnât fill it all the way. And the âmanagerâ who came over to me offered to fill the rest with milk. Thatâs a terrible alternative and thatâs just someone who doesnât know what they are doing lol.

   Read moreI visited this morning via drive thru. I ordered an iced white mocha, pumpkin bread, cake pop, muffin, and egg bites. At the window I was asked if I needed a straw which was odd because I canât drink the latte without one as it has a dome lid. Not a big deal. What really upsets me is that I was missing the egg bites and I was charged for it. It would be helpful if the person could double check that the bag has all of the food in it before handing it to the customer. I pulled away so I wouldnât disrupt drive thru times but next time I will have to stay and double check my own order. No one wants to park and come inside for a mistake after waiting in a drive thru line...
