Terrible experience today around 11 am. My son got in line I went shopping. 1/2 hour later my son was still waiting. I was done shopping he was waiting with a whole lot of other people. The poor person at the register was in training and they left them all alone. They didn’t know how to make drinks only take orders and get the food. This poor young person was left with a bunch of upset customers . The manager left them all alone with no help or guidance. I sure hope they give them a raise because the way this young person handle everyone was remarkable without any experience. We finally just left because it was over an hour . We did ask for a refund but the trainee needed to get someone to do it for them and they didn’t even have a walkie talkie to reach out to someone. So many people just left after paying and not getting their drinks. This location must do better. If managers cannot find help they need to stay there and they definitely shouldn't leave an employee that hasn’t been trained fully alone. So unfair for that person to deal with...
Read moreIt's so sad to see the poor customer service at this location. At the beginning of my interaction I was curious about the refill policy at the same trip at target. Before I even ordered my usual coffee I asked the barista what kind of coffee I can get for a refill. He was new he didn't know anything no one knew about it. They told me that the coffee I was talking to them about that was part of the refill policy so I got that. When I came back for my refill i asked before standing in line if I can do my refill and I explained my order again to them and the girl said yes that I should stay in line so I did. Once I was at the front the new cashier needed help and the four of the other coworkers were just talking instead of helping him. He didn't know what to do and then the girl came and told me I couldn't do a refill when I asked her several times. I would never order coffee here again or recommend it to someone else at...

And the woman working the register has the customer service skills of a door knob. Every time you ask to make changes to a drink it’s as if her whole world gets rocked and can’t believe you are wanting to make a change to one of their drinks. Huge sighs and rolled eyes.
