*I am updating my review from awhile ago. This is my NEW review: New mgmt, new baristas! Super friendly, made me a great coffee just now, and they told me about how the new mgmt treats them well, and works alongside them. It’s time we support businesses that not only offer us good service, but who also treat their personnel well. Btw, the atmosphere has totally changed. It had double the amount of customers happily chatting away, while before it was a dead zone. Back to being a good place for coffee and a snack in this area, which really needs it!
———-Old review——— Looking at the reviews, maybe they've changed... 1-2 yrs ago the people were so rude and/or innattentive, and it was on several occasions, at night. We would stand and watch as two employees would be talking, ignoring us, maybe finishing a bite of food while conversing. One employee would drag the furniture inside, dragging it along to maximize the very noisy, unpleasant sound of metal scraping on concrete--I guess to let the various customers know she wanted to walk out the minute the clock struck the hour to close.
Maybe they switched out the employees, as these other reviews show a side we didn't experience at...
Read moreI was at this Starbucks the other day around 3:00 - 4:00. I guess it's a mad rush hour for them. I waited 45 minutes for an order that I had placed prior to arriving there. It wasn't the barista. He was awesome. He was killing himself trying to get the drinks out as fast as he could, but there were so many people, and between that and the digital orders coming in (like mine), by the time he finished making one drink, he had three more. At no point did he lose his cool or get flustered, but I sure was. I had a meeting I was supposed to get to, and I pre-ordered with plenty of time thinking if it's busy, I might have to wait a few minutes, tops. I did not imagine waiting 45 minutes. Starbucks should really have more than three people there (one person manning the register, one person making the drinks, and one person handling the food orders) at hours where there are such huge rushes. It was impossible for...
Read moreI’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks. When something goes wrong they usually go over and beyond to fix it. Not this time. I went to Starbucks to do a conference call. My coffee drink was excellent, however my sandwich experience was horrible. The eggs were cold, so I returned it. The second one I received had burned cheese and bread. So I ended up starving during my 1 hour conference call. After the call I went to return the sandwich again. I was told there were no more so I said fine the only other things I eat are the everybody bagels and oatmeal, which won’t fill me up alone so both. The young woman at the register refused to fulfill the order even after the inconvenience then magically found another sandwich. I told her yes of course I’ll take another sandwich. I grabbed it and once I opened it in my car, again the bread was hard and rubbery. So I...
