Not sure if I continue to order here. I’ve done 2 online orders. The first time I went in to the register and waited to the side to pick up my food. The lady at the register never acknowledged me. I had to wait for the entire line to finish. As I walked to the register she walks off and starts putting receipts down to make online orders. I stand there waiting until another employee asks me if I needed something and gave me my order which awaiting on the shelf. Nothing express about this. Second time I again wait to the side and she doesn’t acknowledge me. A customer saw me waiting and signaled for me to go ahead to the register. Again my order was sitting there on the shelf. I assumed since i order ahead and the food is sitting there waiting that i can use my 15 min break to pick up the food and my 30 min lunch to eat it but apparently ordering ahead has...
   Read moreI placed my order online, the app allowed me to place an order and I used my reward points as well. I get to the store and the open signs is on however, the door is locked. An employee opens the door finally after me telling her I’m picking up a confirmed order. She was rude to me and said she cannot make the orders at this time, when I told her I already was charged for the order she told me to call corporate to get a refund, however there is no number for me to call. When I looked on my app, my order status said ready for pick up, even though she told me she is not making any orders currently and I did not get my order.    Read moreTwice I've had problems with my orders there, causing me to have shortened lunches/return to work late. Both times nobody took responsibility and said it was the owners fault because the phone/internet was out. Pretty crummy service.
