I came here after being away from the place for almost two years. The food had always been fresh and service was good. Went in and ordered a sub. I noticed the usual people there were all gone and these 2 ladies i’d not seen before were there. It wasn’t until after i ordered that i looked at the veggies, and meats sitting there that i noticed the food did not look fresh. It was on the way out. The lettuce was old and yellowish and brownish in many of the leaves. The tomatoes were old but the girl did finally replace it with a tray of new tomatoes while my order was being made. The meats looked gross. There was a fly on the glass where you can look at the meats and veggies. It was on the side where the food was. I get it, its an open food bar and that kinda thing happens. The one lady who took my order ask the other lady to get my sub out of the oven before it burns. she took her sweet time to take it out of the oven. the oven was beeping over and over and by the time she took it out, sure enough my bread was well over toasted and browned. She didnt offer to make me a new one. Being she already had dressed and toasted “burnt” my sub i decided to not say anything and just let it go. I paid for the sub and put the sub to good use. I fed it to some birds that constantly look for food in the parking lot. I’ll be getting a refund for the sub via my bank. Lesson learned. I advise people not to come eat here. First of all I will NEVER step foot into this subway ever again, the staff is completely untrained, they do not know how to process any refunds (actually asked me to call my bank in order to get a refund on items they gave listed on their website & say it's my banks responsibility to refund the items they didn't have that's completely incorrect), they have NO working phone in their facility they are using their cell phones to get ahold of their manager, whom let me state did not answer either of the employees. The employee threw her hands up at me when I asked for corporates number and asked me what I would like her to do. I've yet to be refunded for any of my items. Husband's food that I was able to receive was ice cold, and none of their soda machines work at all. the lack of experience these employees have with online orders or refunds in general is ridiculous. Read moreWent to subway to pick up an order online for Doordash. I am a delivery driver. Went up to counter to check in and before I could say a word employee yelled it's not ready yet! I asked are you talking to me? She said yea I am and you're too early. Very very nasty. I said doordash sent me here, so I have no control, but you do not have to be nasty to me, I stated. She said you should wait in your car, doordash always does this, it takes time to make an order. and on and on. I went to sit down on the bench, and a few minutes later she yelled "it's ready!! When I went to the counter I said I'd just like to confirm this is for "Customer Name" and she said nothing. She literally threw the receipt at me along with the bag. Never encountered an employee that mean and nasty when nothing mean or nasty was said to her. I always wear a doordash shirt and hat and carry my hot bag in with me.
