Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Went to store #4153 1250 Airport Pulling Rd, Naples, Fl. to get a breakfast flat bread . I walked and the guy told me he was closed sitting on the chair playing on his phone. This was 6:00 pm and then going on and on about me taking a shower, must have said that 10 times. Then he was making the wrong sandwich and told him what I wanted and still he going on about my wife telling me to take a shower. My sister is a police officer and I am going to ask her to send in ICE to do a raid. Store was not clean or customer friendly. I would not recommend eating in that location. I will be putting in a complaint with the company...

This subway does not take coupons. I had placed an order of 3 Large Subs for a group of several women. I asked if I could get the lettuce, tomato and pickles on the side not knowing what the who would want what, they wanted to charge me for a salad. I feel like this is a bad customer service policy. Our last two trips to this Subway have been very pleasant...primarily because of Gary. He works hard, is always cheerful, even when he is the only one working at noon lunch hour (the other employee that works there has either been on the phone or eating in the back).
