A lot of really racist southern people have left comments here specifically calling out the ethnicity of the manager in combination with expressing experiences with bad service. I have lived in Panama City most of my life, between beach side and city side, minus 5 years in the military. I've probably eaten more subs than the spokes people for this company.
You normally don't think about excellence or quality when you're looking for a quick snack, but I'm sure we've all rarely witnessed a few staff or managers who struck us actually as caring. I see that here regularly. The food is clean, I don't have to argue about selections from the old vs the new menu, and I don't get up charged on the downlow for basic things like at some other Subways.
I will drive across town to a different franchise store to get the food I'm craving, I never have to do that here, and the meal at the end of my day is a joy, instead of a kick in the balls because it's poorly made and lukewarm.
Also: Jamaican people and others who have come here are a huge chunk of the population, and if that bothers you, you need to just grow up and accept it, or move away, because you don't deserve to have internet access or be a resident anywhere if...
Read moreI am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. I made a mobile order and it was wrong. Didn’t have everything I asked for and was a complete mess. Then I tried to call up to the store 3 times to try to get what was missing atleast and no answer. So I drove back to the store and asked the gentleman if I could get what was missing and he was so rude. He said “im not doing this” a couple times and began to roll his eyes and dismiss me. It was so embarrassing because he did this with a pretty packed lobby! He finally got me one of the things missing and put it in a cup and threw it towards me!!! Once again extremely embarrassed!! Wasn’t reflective of the experience we normally enjoy when we visit this location. When I come in it’s not just a single sandwich order, it’s always 4-5 sandwich’s that typically exceed $45. For that I feel my family and I should be given a little more respect than the short answered, uninterested, self absorbed manner in which this “Artists” hostile posturing reflected. We order very simple items and don’t ask for multiple variations or crazy requests. Don’t appreciate the poor attitude this employee displayed and unwillingness to perform the basic expectations this job position requires.
