Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I live less than a 2 minute walk from here. I would rather drive 20+ minutes to another subway than go here. Every time I have gone here, it is almost comical how slow they make sandwiches. I almost busted out laughing at how slow they were reaching for each ingredient. Horrible customer service by, what it seems like, teenagers that have never worked anywhere or had a sense of time, or listening.

Went there today and the gentlemen in front of me said, just lettuce and tomato that’s it. The worker put tomato on and said “okay, what else” the customer then said “just lettuce and tomato, that’s it”

He put lettuce on and then said, “okay and what else”

Watching this process took no joke 7 minutes of lettuce and tomato.

I am really not trying to be a Karen…. But 38 minutes to get home from a subway that lives one block away and only two people in front of me.

For a place that has a sign that says facemask are required, they sure don't enforce it to those who don't comply. I'm assuming since the guy that came in without one was a regular customer of theirs, they may have been a bit apprehensive to not offer their services to him till he put one on. If that's the case and they make some exceptions based on favoritism when it comes to mask wearing, I don't advise anyone with compromised immune systems like myself to come here. Cause their obviously not putting safety first over paying customers that are...

I have visited this restaurant three times in the last month and each time, the air conditioning has been out. Not only are customers walking out of here before they have their food because they can't tolerate it, but the employees are actively sweating, miserable and look like they are on the verge of passing out. They have tried reaching corporate to handle this issue, but they said their complaints are unheard. Seriously?! Talk about treating your employees terribly. This...
