I placed an order for pizza and wings on Friday, 10/29 for pick up on Halloween. I was having a Halloween party and knowing how busy it is I thought I’d guarantee I had pizza by ordering an advanced ahead of time. I show up yesterday (10/31 @5:30) for my pizza and wings to be greeted by the rudest staff informing me my order never even dropped and basically they couldn’t guarantee me nothing as my order was # 400 in their system. They were filling orders for people that was just walking in placing orders with no care for the people that had ordered days prior an advance. I wasn’t the only one. I completely understand how busy of a day it is on Halloween for pizza. This is why I placed my order an advanced. The girl I spoke with didn’t even care. She said the best she could do was call me in 35-40 min from when my pickup time was and let me know if they would even get to my order. I never heard from the store and was never able to get through. I received an email later on saying they were unable to contact me so they canceled my order. I was never contacted by anyone. This was completely unacceptable that they couldn’t even make orders that were made an advance a priority. I am so disappointed this is how I was treated. It was like no big deal to them at all that I had a house full of people waiting to eat. I understand it’s a busy day but zero communication or care from the store about the situation. I will never again order from here again after being a customer for many years. I was left with no food as everyone else in the area was completely swamped too. While I understand it was a busy day I feel like I should have at least been given the courtesy of getting my food even if it was late getting to me being that I placed my order...
Read moreYesterday I placed a phone order.while giving the credit cards number the call got dropped . I called the store to place the order. AND they did a terrible job. They did not include 2 orders of appetizers, did not include a pizza. They failed to tell me that each order of brownie contains 9 squares of brownies. Instead they included and delivered 10 orders of brownies. During placing order I was clear that the order was just for 8 people.
All in all a whopping $205.00 (approx) bill. With loads of unnecessary things, being very polite.
The person taking the order was constantly putting my call on hold.
If you need to order food from this place make sure you ask for the receipt first when the delivery person arrives at your place,, open each box before you tip the driver and before he leaves your property. I don’t think it’s the delivery driver’s fault he delivered what was handed to him

Hiding while an 18-20 girl absorbs the frustration of every customer in the store isn’t leadership it’s cowardice in uniform. One Chris dressed as Mario wouldn’t even make eye contact, while the other Chris hid in the office answering the phone like that somehow counted as problem solving. And when confronted? stated “I’m having a really hard day.” You think your cashier isn’t? Spare us. Leadership shows up when it’s uncomfortable. You both went missing in action. The owners of this location should really take a look at who is running the show.
Quick note to the young woman at the counter: You were the only professional in the building tonight. You handled every angry customer with more grace, calm, and composure than both managers combined. You should be proud of yourself because you did their job. Best of luck to you, you’ll go...
