Sushi King — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered the salmon Bento box and there was a lot of food and I was really amazed and it was great. I was surprised how big it was. There was shrimp, tempura and tempura vegetables included. That was absolutely outstanding . The salmon was delicious not outstanding but delicious and then I ordered some sushi on the side and it was really great and fresh. Even the mackerel was really fresh. They put a piece of lettuce underneath it - if only they put shredded radish under the sashimi I would eat here probably every night. I just love shredded radish. But seriously their food is the best. Their people are friendly - the soup was very delicious and I had clear soup and the salad with ginger dressing was absolutely delicious. My wife has been here a few times and it has pretty good reviews. My first time experience has been far from that. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on the food, but I never got to try it. We sat for 27 minutes before placing our order. Another 34 minutes and just got a soup and salad. I understand it is Valentine's day and all but there was absolutely nobody waiting to be seated. So to say they were too busy was an understatement. To top it off, we were seated close to register where phone orders were told 20-25 minutes. Not terrible but not amazing. Taste was a bit bland. My biggest complaint and reason why I havent been is because the man (I think the owner) would consistently hover over me EVERYTIME i came in. I'd come in every few weeks alone. I'd tip well quite often. 25-30% if the bill is above $25. If it was below $20 I'd tip almost 50%. So I dunno, if the owner thought I might be a bad tipper? If I was going to dine and dash? People just need their space. Dont check on me literally every 3-5 minutes. People really, really dont like that. They like quietly eating.
