Subway — Restaurant in Florida

My family and I eat here often but today was awful. I ordered two subs online and came to pick them up. A sub that I wanted toasted wasn’t toasted and it was because there was no button for it on the app so I assumed it would be automatic. I came in and asked for it toasted and got lectured on why it was not toasted, told I was wrong multiple times and sassily told my sandwich would be toasted. And to top it all off that same sandwich which i paid extra for extra black olives and extra ranch just to get less than I normally do. I would’ve asked for more but… I was scared to be yelled at so I settled. As someone who works in the food industry I know that no matter what, the customer is always right.
