Hands down the best cheesecake place in Pensacola. 1st star: Cleanliness. The location is very clean, open and inviting. 2nd star: Service. The service is quick and personal. If the owner is there, he truly loves what he does and will let you try the new flavors he's working on. It's a fun experience. 3rd star: Quality of Food: The cheesecake itself is consistently excellent. The flavors change every week, but they are always high quality. 4th star: Value for money. There are a variety of carry-out options. They also have a great rewards system that result in a free cheesecake. 5th star: Overall taste. There are 6-8 staple cheesecakes that are always available, all of which are great. The real jewels are the weekly specials. The owner does some crazy flavor combinations, but they always turn out excellent. This is one of the top 10 places I take visitors to Pensacola. I'm not crazy about cheesecake but I do know that the cheesecake served here wasn't worth all the hype. I've had way better cheesecake from "The Cheesecake Factory". I went here based on the reviews and to get something different for the hubby. It's a little Shop in a small shopping area. The store is very cute and clean, polite customer serivce. These mini cheesecakes were kind of expensive. I opted to get 3 different flavors - key lime, red velvet, and chocolate chip. They are $2.50 each. No military discount. They flavors were very tamed, nothing memorable or worthing mmmm'ing about. I was disappointed. They hubby said they were decent, I know that means subpar because we could barely control ourselves with the cheesecake from the "Cheesecake Factory". The store had limited seating. Overall, I wasn't impressed and probably won't...

3rd time being here. The second time I was here, I got the half dozen cheesecake which didnt taste right, the cookies and cream had an aftertaste and tasted a bit stale. The first time and this time was definitely better. The cheesecake taste so much better. I hate that it's a hit or miss when I come here...but this time was definitely better. Soft and flavorful. I did not get the cookies and cream because I didnt want to chance it. The strawberry, key lime, ube, bushwacker (I may have spelled that wrong) was my favorite. Different taste than the turtle and brownie because it's not just the plain original flavor that had chocolate or brownie mixed in. I like to try cheesecakes that has different flavors and those are the best. Wish I couldve taken a picture but my husband ate them...
