So today's date is 8/14/22 I have been to this location so many times 2 hours before close.. almost every time you go here later at night a couple of hours before they close, THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE OUT OF ALL REAL ITEMS..
AND SOMETIMES THEY TELL YOU THEY ARE OUT OF BEEF..
THEN THEY TELL YOU IT IS CASH ONLY...
THEN THEY ALSO PROCEED TO TELL YOU THAT IT IS EXACT CHANGE ONLY.. LOL
Come on?? Can this really be real?? Or is your night crew trying to send customers away so that they don't have to do work and that they could get out of there early??
I am a business owner myself and have been a general manager at fast food places before..
Your crew is basically not only costing you money but giving out bad service and forcing the customers to take their money to other restaurants..
They have said these excuses on many different occasions at this location when I have tried to come there not 10 minutes before they close but 2 hours before they close. LOL
They are literally telling the customers this so that they won't get a corporate complaint from customers asking why the store is closed before closing time..
instead of them saying that they are closed where they are doing is forcing it to the point where almost 0 customers are able to order because they are out of all items that are grilled which is literally impossible because being out of grilled items is simply the crew being lazy not wanting to have to re-clean the grill before they close..
And then to tell the customers they are literally out of beef which is your number one ingredient in the entire store?!?! Get real!!
Tighten up your employees get some quality people in there. You're hiring these rejects that literally sit outside your store in their hood rat friends cars 24/7 listening to music and smoking weed and customers can smell it when they pass by.

Read moreI went through Drive through on 11/19/18 around 1:30 pm and ordered 2 $5 boxes. My order came to $12.18 and I gave the cashier $20.18. As she was giving me my change (I was the only one in drive through) along with my drinks and straws at the same time. She asked me to drive to the front and park and they will bring out my food. My food was bought out to me about 2 mins. later and I left. As I got up the street I checked my change and seen the cashier (who was the manager) only gave me $2 back (should have gotten $8). So I called up to the store and explained who I was and what had just happened and informed the manager that she did not give me a receipt. She says let me check my drawer then she proceeded to say "OHHHHH you were just here. I'm sorry I have been so tired lately. Come back up here and ask for Rashawn and I will give you the rest of your money". I go back to the store and ask for Rashawn the young man at the counter says to her "Ms. Rashawn is Rashawn here today". She was standing by drive through, She bent down to see who I was and proceeded to walk to the back of the store. The cook came out and asked me how can I help you. I told him you cannot I need to speak with Rashawn that I just talked to on the phone. He stated do you have your receipt. I stated NO I need to speak with Rashawn. He goes and say something to her and she proceeds to come out the back and Say, "OHHH I'm so sorry how much do I owe you". Read moreI placed my order over 30 minutes ago on the app, have been waiting on the store and no one acknowledges the people waiting or coming in the store. After over 20 minutes waiting and more people came inside and someone finally came to the counter, asked my name and walked away. Another 15 minutes passed and I asked one of the workers that walked by how long it would be — her answer was that she didn’t know “I am not a line worker”. That woman served a few more cars in drive thru and then came back to me at the counter and asked what I had ordered, I told her my name and that I had a mobile order. She said the person I “checked in” with hadn’t checked in the order so they hadn’t even started making it. She was apologetic but still had no idea how long it would be (meanwhile the girl I had told my name to the first time watched from the tortilla press and said nothing). There’s a small child running around the back, customers being ignored, clearly no manager on duty since I asked to speak to one and the response I was given was: “you can cancel your order if you’d like”. Obviously staffing is an issue here, but this is past that — clearly a lack of customer service training and management skills. Would NOT recommend anyone waste their time...
