We have problems everytime we come to this location. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to home. When we are asked what sauce we want, it’s 8 times out of 10 forgotten. I request no sour cream on food, and 8 times out of 10 there’s a large amount of sour cream there. Today, the girl working drive through was awful. On the receipt it says cashier was Jennifer D but from working in fast food I know that’s not always the cashiers name because drawers are often assigned to the manager. Anyway- cashier didn’t ask if we wanted any sauce. We didn’t bother asking ourselves because it’s almost always forgotten anyway. When we got to the window we got a dirty look, no greeting at all. Instead the girl was YELLING to her coworkers and just grabbing our card and handing us our items while snapping. She was telling a whole story about how her family “pisses her off” and her aunt bosses her around and “she’s not even my MOM I live with my MOM”. We heard how they live in a bad neighborhood, they have cameras etc etc. we heard her complaining and complaining the entire time we were at the window and never got a hello, here’s your food, or a have a nice day. SUPER unprofessional, terrible customer service, and it seems to get worst and worst everytime we come to...
Read moreThe food was as expected. Average to above average drive thru time. Awful design for exiting the drive thru. The building is at the end of the exit and is a blind spot. If you're not careful you can easily hit a car driving across the front of their building. I've seen it happen several times with both drivers slamming on their brakes and hitting their horns. Be careful! I've unfortunately had two incorrect orders over the last several months, so check your order before leaving. Never expect any nationally advertised pricing. They always sell at a higher priced from what I've seen on commercials since they've opened.
Update: I've visited a couple of other Taco Bells in the surrounding area and none of them sell commercially advertised pricing. My assumption is that all of these surrounding stores are franchised locations owned by the same individual. I was told at the store that they don't have to sell at the advertised prices and that it's up to the owner to decide...
Read moreUpon arriving we stepped up to the counter to place our order (mind you there was only one other patron sitting at a table already eating) the young man working behind the counter turned around and told us to place our order at the kiosk directly behind us. So, to me, that left me with a bad impression as far as customer service. Once we got our food, our chicken quesadilla and steak quesadilla hardly had any meat in it. My bean and cheese burrito was extremely spicy (I don't recall this item ever being so spicy). My cheesy Fiesta potatoes were cold and hard and tasted like they'd been leftover from who knows when, and finally, my cinnamon twists hardly had ANY sugar cinnamon and I paid over $30 for this inedible meal. Apparently, Taco Bell has raised their prices BUT lowered their quality and food standards. The only positive experience here was that the bathroom was clean. I can go to an authentic Mexican restaurant, pay about the same, and get better...
