Sweet Tiers — Restaurant in Jupiter Island

Elena at Sweet Tiers made all of our wedding dessert dreams come to life! We got married at Pelican Club in October and Sweet Tiers is their partner for wedding cakes. We had previously spoken with Elena because we don’t eat much cake but really love pies and wanted that idea to be a part of our wedding. When we came in town for our menu tasting, we did a dessert tasting that same day as well since the locations are so close to each other. Elena had 4 different flavors of pies ready for us to taste: key lime, banana cream, apple, and cherry. I’m not sure which was our favorite, each one was better than the next, but her banana cream is definitely a staple! We ended up having mini pies for each of our guests and then one regular size pie for us to cut at the wedding. Elena even made us a pie to take home! She put so much hard work into making our wedding pie dreams a reality that we never even knew could happen! She really took the time to work with us, even when our idea was a little crazy. Elena is so talented and her work is impressive. We had our cake tasting in November 2021 for our wedding on 06/02/22. We chose 3 flavors we wanted to try. Once we arrived, she informed us that another bride from an earlier appointment didn’t show up, so she had 3 extra cake flavors to try, if we wanted. We weren’t excited about the other flavors but figured we would try them anyway. The flavor we were least excited to try, is the flavor we chose for our wedding cake! Fast forward to 06/02/22, our cake was PERFECT. The appearance, the flavor… we have no words. Half of our wedding guests went out of their way to find us before the end of the night or texted us the following morning to let us know that our wedding cake was the best cake they have ever had. Elena was so amazing to work with! Not only is she just the sweetest, but her cakes are to die for! We got married 2/20/21 and after sampling a few we decided to go with the traditional white cake with key lime filling and buttercream icing! Everyone couldn’t stop taking about how delicious it was (and perfect for that Florida feel we were going for). I told her what my overall theme and colors were and pretty much let her creative expertise do the rest as far as the design of our cake and wow did she outdo herself! I remember sitting at our sweetheart table and kept telling my husband “wow, just look how beautiful our cake is!”. It was so yummy in fact that in all honesty we ate our cake topper the day after our wedding with a bottle of champagne and I have no regrets about that.
