Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I was just in the drive thru not even 5 minutes ago. I paid a total of 23$ and some change. Gave the cashier 2 20$ Bill's and she gave me 7$ back with no change and no receipt. They then asked me to pull forward. And wait at the red matt for my food. I pulled up calmly and waited for someone to walk out once I noticed she only gave me 7$ back. A couple minutes later they brought out the food and i told the young man that they shorted me close to 10$. He walked back to the window and told whoever was in the window and they proceeded to stick their arm out the window and started play fighting. He then walked back to the car and said she had to count drawer. So I waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So I walk in. After they have attended other customers. No service. There was a lady in a red shirt I'm assuming this was the shift lead counting money. She yelled on her headset "I know he is gonna have to wait".I waited for another couple minutes and walked out without my money because I was tired if waiting. This happend around 8pm. I come to this taco bell every once in a while and they always get my order wrong. But I never mind because they have good service most times. But this time was ridiculous. The food is always good here but man the service is always awful when I go. It takes a long time and they often have missing food items that they run out of on their menu Today I asked for a Taco Bell chicken nugget deluxe meal (the ones with fries, taco and chalupa) and the worker told me there were out of the Taco Bell nuggets. But then said they could instead give me KFC nuggets. So I said sure thinking they would just substitute to. Instead I pulled up and they only gave me 6 KFC and drink. I waited at the window for the rest but girl looked at me weird. I said I wanted the meal but then she said she cannot substitute it now…I don’t care that they can do it I just don’t understand the logic if I wanted the deluxe meal I only would want chicken and not the other items. Also When telling her I wanted the chalupa she didn’t even know what it was. When I finally was able to have them understand the order it took a great amount of time to...

Every time I come here I can tell the difference from a year ago. The store is clean and you can see the changes the new manager is making, she's hired different people and gotten a lot of things fixed from what I've heard they should even have a freeze machine soon. I tip my hat to her, she came into a mess but seems to be doing her best to get it back right. I highly recommend being patient and kind because people take things way too serious now a days. Waiting 10 mins was bad?? Have you been to McDonald's lately? I wait 10 mins before they answer me at the speaker box. People need to stop being miserable and then making minimum wage employees feel like crap like dealing with horrible customers isn't enough. I for one will not be a problem i respect fast food workers and without them all of us would be at home tired cooking...
