Heritage Park Inn Kissimmee — Hotel in Kissimmee

Had to live here with my family for 2 months till our house was ready to move into. What a nightmare. To start roaches roaches and more roaches. Also fighting at night between the couple next door was terrible. Listening to their children crying while they fought was heartbreaking. Also bought a hot plate and a microwave so that I could try and cook for my family while we were stuck here and the electricity went out because of that. Then when I went to the front office to ask for the breaker to be checked to have the electricity turned back on the lady security that works at night told me that it was my fault and that she would not be turning our electric back on. My family had to stay in the room without electricity being punished because I was trying to cook a hot meal for them. I even asked if we could just sleep in another room for the night and she told us that she could not help us. Next our room key stopped working for our door. The way they fixed it was by putting tape over the lock so that the door would never actually lock and you could just push it open until they could actually fix it and we lived like that for over a month. I will attach pictures so you can see. Another thing is the drug dealing that goes on here is ridiculous. This is not a good place for families and for children and to be honest for anyone. It is dirty and the people especially the late night shift lady that wears the security outfit and works the front is terrible. Unprofessional and unkind to say the least. I am so thankful to God that this experience is over and I apologize to my kids all the time for putting them through that. ⭐ 1 Star – This Place Should Be Shut Down

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Checked into a filthy, humid room with unmade beds and a horrible smell. When I asked for help, I was told the front desk was gone for the night—security eventually gave us a different room after I pushed back. That room? Dirty sheets, musty air, and the door handle fell off.

We booked 3 rooms and were told only 1 was available. After 30 mins of confusion, we got 2 keys and were told to come back the next day for the 3rd. They photocopied our IDs and credit cards with no explanation.

NO room service, NO towels delivered after multiple requests. Drawers had other guests’ items, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and we saw roaches. Someone violently smashed a car in the lot and then tried to break into our room—we had to call the police.

Walked around back and saw piles of used linens being thrown into a room—stacked to the ceiling. Totally unsanitary and inhumane. If we don’t get refunded, we’re prepared to pursue legal action. We have photos of everything.

I was stay in the no smoking room for a couple days. Received room has missed fire/smoke detector, fan greed, one pillow has a points of blood, restroom fan was a quite noisy and I can't turn it off separately from the light. I made pictures and sent them to the manager. After few minutes received response with change the room offer. I asked just to fix that issues. All problem was fixed in next 20 minutes. New fan greed and fide detector was installed and pillow replaced. I wasn't mentioned kindly dirty floor in a bathroom, but I wasn't so care about. I know how much I paid and as so what I should expect. Small discomfort was there: room doesn't have microwave and coffee machine. But you should to know : you will have good, quick responsible manager and at night excellent security. Nice parking and Cuban bar. Hotel also have a pool, but I don't take my experience with water here.
