Tacos El Rancho — Restaurant in Florida

Called the restaurant to order pick up for lunch, was left on the phone for 17 minutes. Walked in still on hold, told the young lady (she apparently forgot she had someone on the phone). It happens but never the less I expressed myself not in a rude manner, because to err is human. I had my daughter in the car just got out of knee surgery and she wanted tacos. if not I would've not have even bother. So, after I vented with the young lady and place my order I started giving a suggestion that maybe there might be a way for her not to forget the phone, what I believe is the manager bald guy (don't know his name just making a reference) said you already told her what do you want me to do fire her? Very respectful, and in so many words telling me to shut up. I told him to respect, the young lady was so embarrassed by his action all she did was smile at me.. If this is a manager he needs a lesson in customer...

After originally giving this place a 5 star review, unfortunately I am now changing it to 1 star. We order from this restaurant at least 2 times a month through Uber Eats, and EVERY time we order tacos, they put sour cream on them, even when it is not selected. One time a few months ago when the tacos were BOGO, we ordered 14 of them, and every single taco we did NOT select sour cream and all of them showed up with it. I am tired of having to go back through Uber to ask for refunds because they are basically ruining an entire meal. Then Uber emails me every so often about how often we are requesting refunds, and it is because of this place and this place alone. I don't understand why it's so hard to read a damn order ticket and see that sour cream is NOT on there. We even get a copy of their order ticket with our delivery to prove we never asked for it. The Worst food ever I don’t know how they got the ratings for 4.0 but I figure they were good and that’s why I came I spent $50 for me and my three kids and the food was barely touch my three-year-old daughter didn’t even touch her plate besides the rice we got steak tacos and it taste like nothing no seasoning dry as ever you could choke on it the cheese with cheddar cheese who puts cheddar cheese on Mexican tacos it should be Chihuahua cheese or queso fresco even the tamale didn’t have no sauce it was not a red tamale it was not a green tamale it was a plain tamale The worst food ever I wasted my time so if you don’t care about flavor or taste go there but they have to have their friends be giving reviews because it’s bad and I come from Chicago and I travel and I have some good tacos before so I’m not overdoing it good luck in that business or put some seasoning...
