Worst Customer Service. Terrible. Abismal. Appallingly horrible. Won’t come back because of it.

When you enter nobody welcomes you. Nobody acknowledges you. You are staring at the menu until you realize it’s kiosk ordering only. As you order and pay at the kiosk, it asks for tip… why ask for tip when at this point they’ve done nothing? Nonetheless I still tip $8. I spent over $80 ordering food items for my family, mind you this place has small eats like empanadas, toast, and coffee. So already it was a bit much.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food and the place was dead. Again, no problem.

They have a free dessert if you spend $25. When they finally have our food ready I go and ask about it, and it’s two mini doughnuts and I would have to wait even longer for them. I said nevermind since I was already running late.

I get home and I have missing items- I call and let them know, they knew. I get to the place they recognize me hand me my missing items and don’t even bother to apologize. They don’t even say anything.

If it was a busy establishment I could understand- but it was literally empty.

People nowadays are rude. I won’t go back and will tell family to avoid like the plague.

Edit- just sat down to eat and they got my order completely wrong. Definitely...

I see alot of negative reviews about customer service but I’ve never ran into this problem. But I know Lesliet, is always here when I’m here and she always makes sure I have everything I need, and make sure that my order is right. I don’t know a lot of Spanish, but I know what’s she’s sayin when she speaks to me. Most places just throw napkins and other thing you don’t need in your bag but not her, she always ask if you need things! She pays attention to details, and is a very hard worker from what I ca see, I thought she was a manager, if she’s not, she should be! I spend about $20-$30 a day. I normally make my own cream of wheat, and they come very close to mine, also I get pancakes and scrambled eggs, and extra sausage…and I must say, they have the best burgers I’ve had! Continue to do what you’re doing, and don’t pay too much attention to the negativity, like I’ve always said, “if you keep complaining how food is not made how you want it, stay home and cook it yourself” 🤷🏽‍♂️

I recently visited this delightful Puerto Rican bakery, and I can't stop raving about the amazing breakfast experience I had! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly baked goods filled the air, making my mouth water in anticipation.

The menu offered a fantastic selection of traditional Puerto Rican breakfast items, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, truly capturing the essence of Puerto Rican cuisine. Each bite felt like a warm hug from home.

What made my visit even more special was the exceptional customer service I received from Vanessa. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and her passion for the bakery really shone through.
