5/5 Stars: A Dining Experience Like No Other!
I'm still reeling from the incredible dinner I had at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the staff's warm smiles and exceptional service set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with soft lighting and elegant decor that made us feel like we were in for a special treat. And boy, were we!
The food was truly exceptional. We started with the rice and beans, which was a masterclass in flavors and textures. Each bite was a delight, with perfectly balanced seasonings and presentation that would put a food magazine to shame.
For our main courses, we opted for the el special. Both were cooked to perfection, with tender, juicy meat and vegetables that were cooked just right. The portions were generous, but we couldn't resist trying a few bites of each other's dishes – and we're so glad we did!
The real star of the show, however, was the service. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made expert recommendations without being pushy. The staff's passion for the food and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience shone through in every interaction.
We ended the evening with a decadent ice cream that was the perfect sweet note to end on. Every bite was a delight, and we left feeling satisfied but not stuffed.
In short, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. We can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings!
Highly recommended for: Romantic evenings, special occasions, foodies, and anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.
Will we return?: Absolutely! We're already planning...
Read moreI arrived to restaurant yesterday 9/19 at 10pm. I drove 4 hours to get to Orlando for vacation. I search up Dominican restaurant to see what was opened. This search up. So I said let me give it a tried. I eat a lot of Dominican food at different restaurants. When I come to Orlando. This place is nice and staff is nice. What I didn't like was the food. the bean was okay. The worst part was rice. It was dry and it was hard in part of the rice and some soft. I never gotten rice like this from any restaurant I been too. I don't know if it was cause it was late at night due to closing at 12am. The stew chicken was good and the pernil was good. The limonada was sourly. Even though they did allow me to try it again the limonada but it was sour. It suppose to has sweet to it. Morir soñando drink wasnt good either. It didn't have a good taste to it. I tried many from other places and they are so good. But here it wasnt good. I am just being fair with the review. This was my experience from yesterday night 9/19/23. I paid $50 due to two order of food and portion was small and not alot. So I won't be back. I can spend less or close to that price some where else and the food are excellent. If you don't like the review. It is what it is. This is my experience at your restaurant. Like I said I am being fair with the review....
Read moreWe are new to Orlando and decided to stop by. One thing to note, this place does not have drive-through service & it’s highly recommended to order ahead of arrival-they take a while to prepare the food which is understandable. We decided to try this place out upon arrival. When we ordered we repeated and had the front cashier repeat our order back. We waited for the food for 30-40 min. We assumed everything was good until we got to settle … the cashier took the the rice and beans out when the meal is supposed to come with it and we clearly stated that we wanted to do a swap for fried green plantains. Instead they charged it extra and did not include the rice and beans… What sense does that make? If you can’t do the substitution then don’t take away what we paid for full price of how the meal comes with ( steak and rice&beans). So we called back and the lady makes an 100 excuses why she’s correct in what she did ! Shameful customer service… I would give ZERO stars because cashiers like her put a bad name to businesses. Proper way to deal with mistakes is 1. apologize, 2.own up to it, 3.make up for it. Making excuses as a business =losing customers We give you business not to hear excuses but to get good service & what we paid for.
Hope this improves the way they train their employees and treat the customers with...
