Horrible customer services at this Twistee Treat. Gabby is so cheap with the peanuts even after charging me $0.75 cents extra for peanuts and gave me only $0.05 cents worth of Peanuts. I can go to Publix or any other store and get lots of peanuts for $1.00 My wife and I are daily customer with 5 children that spend $100.00+ on Ice Cream, hot dogs, Nachos, pretzels, Slushes and everything you can think of. Gabby it’s so petty over peanuts that Twistee Treat lost a good customer because of her for being so stingy for peanuts from now on I will never go to this Twistee Treat on OBT ZERO STARS ON THIS LOCATION Also the bathrooms are so disgusting how can you be dealing with food with Covid19 and your bathrooms are terribly disgusting and dirty at this location they don’t even wear gloves when dealing with your food or masks and there hair is not even picked up there’s been a few times where I found hair in my ice cream please the people of Central Florida and Orlando area if you care about your children and your health please do yourself a favor and go to another Twistee Treat other than this one especially if you’re a very good paying customer like me Who don’t ask for free stuff we’re getting charged for our food and we pay for it we deserve to have what we ask for especially if is not free and we are being charged. Also the customer service is really bad. Zero Stars. This is how filthy and dirty the restroom is can you imagine how their kitchen must be where they prepare every-bodies food and Ice Cream. Yes!! Come! Order! Enjoy! We have been coming here since they opened. It’s been years of good service and delicious treats. Now it’s time to bring the Grandkids. Great menu- swirl soft serve, waffle cones, sprinkles, banana splits, brownie sundaes. And so much more… Good prices for good serving sizes. Outside seating. It gets busy. But plenty of parking and easy access.
