The food is good very expensive and they automatically add 15% gratuity without disclosing to the customer unless you happen to review the check and question what is that charge.

it is my understanding this is illegal and affects the servers as I always tip more than 15%!the owners of this place need to be reminded tips are NOT mandatory and hopefully they are paying taxes for the tips they are arbitrarily collecting and I doubt the servers receive the full 15%

I am giving a 5 star rating because of the excellent quality of service their staff provides, in particular Angela very on top of everything excellent server she certainly deserves more than 15% for her hard work. Also i daily eat at restaurants mostly Colombian food and by far Michelle the manager at this restaurant is the best I have seen anywhere. Extremely polite, educated, very knowledgable in all areas of food safety and customer service. Always walking around the tables to ensure all is well I congratulate them for their great staff and excellent manager named Michelle.

Tomorrow is Sancocho de gallina day an absolute excellent dish if you like sancocho go to this restaurant. I’ll be there God willing tomorrow for sancocho.

Other than tge tip concern all is good they...

Las Brisas is a hidden gem that transports you straight to the heart of Colombia! The vibrant ambiance, adorned with colorful decorations and warm lighting, sets the perfect mood for a delightful dining experience. The menu offers an impressive array of authentic Colombian dishes, each bursting with flavor and freshness.

I highly recommend starting with the arepas – they are wonderfully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired beautifully with savory fillings. The bandeja paisa is a must-try, featuring a generous portion of beans, rice, plantains, and perfectly grilled meats, showcasing the true essence of Colombian cuisine.

The service is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to guide you through the menu and suggest pairings with their delicious cocktails, including refreshing aguardiente.

For dessert, don't miss the tres leches cake – it's light, creamy, and a perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

Overall, Las Brisas offers an unforgettable culinary journey that combines authentic flavors, a warm atmosphere, and great hospitality. I can't...

Food was good but pricey! I live in NY so I’m used to it but for Orlando thought $95 plus added tip for 3 people at lunch time was pretty expensive. Waiters were very attentive and kind but kept having different people serve us and they kept forgetting things. Like our drinks or utensils to eat. Our food came but didn’t have forks or anything. Had to keep calling them over because one person would come over then forget. Also the owner or either manager was there sitting at back table and micromanaging the staff and every move which was uncomfortable to watch. I don’t think that’s ever ok. Trust your staff & Let them do their job not with a manager on top of them For everything. One waitress was walking to help a table & accidentally dropped a small piece of paper out of her apron as she pulled her hands out and she didn’t know. The manager was just standing there watching over everyone. And says to the girl like getting onto her. You dropped that paper can you come & pick it up. I was appalled by her behavior. Felt sorry for the staff having her over their shoulders...

Unfortunately this restaurant has enter our list of not coming back. They offer breakfast/calentado all day but their selection is limited in what each plate brings ( calentado with carne asada, if you want eggs is $5 extra, if you want the “brisas brunch” is $14.99 and if you want to switch the chorizo for steak is $8 extra so total $22.99 for that breakfast) I ordered calentado with eggs and wanted chicharron it was $5 extra plus $11.99 total $16.99. After the whole explanation from our waiter we didn’t really care so much about the price but the chicharron had this weird taste and you can see the size on the picture, I ate only one of the little cuts. We ordered 2 cheese empanadas and one beef empanada they were good. We had to ask for silverware after the food was already on the table and we had eaten the empanadas. The bakery looks nice but I didn’t want to risk another disappointment.

Wow! We were super impressed with the bakery, restaurant, food and service. We ordered corn sweet arepa with cheese, fried egg and chorizo, corn sweet arepa with cheese, scramble eggs, morcilla as well as pan de Bono and buñuelos. For drinks fresh orange juice and mora juice. The bakery items were so good that we took some to go as well. Eve help us with our order but everyone really helps if you need and their are happy to do so. Our bill was for two and a 15% tip was added which wasn't bad as the customer service is great than other places that ask for tip and didn't really did any service at all. The tip charge is very clear on the bill. If people dont ever read their bills then thats on them. Reading is fundamental in life, just basic. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food they serve and This place is a must try on the list and I will come back for more!

😊Brisas Bakery & Restaurant in Orlando is a true culinary treasure! This Colombian restaurant offers a tantalizing array of dishes that are sure to delight any palate. Their breakfast selections, in particular, are a standout. Each dish is richly flavored, evoking the essence of Colombia and making you feel as if you've been transported there. The baked goods deserve special mention - they're fresh, utterly delectable, and a perfect representation of traditional Colombian baking. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Colombian experience. It's an absolute must-visit for food lovers in Orlando!👌
