Soup Jungle — Restaurant in Florida

First of all I would like to say I've been to the Jungle dozens of times with my wife and brought in friends and family but the last few times we were there my wife told the wait staff that this did not taste good at all it wasn't the same as she usually got. Well that didn't matter because they charged us for it so we went back again today and order the same thing and she asked us how is it good right good right? And my wife once again said no it's not and again they charged us full price so I don't know if we'll ever return there and it's a shame that they didn't make good for it considering that we spend about $150 a month in t h e i r restaurant. I have always ordered lunch from Soup Jungle and usually am very happy with it. Until today...I ordered a large greek salad. I sit down to eat my lunch and I open the salad to find I have no dressing and it looks like a small salad was dumped into a larger container. I call and I am told they can credit me for next time. No I need dressing. I can't eat my salad without dressing. She tells me they are really busy today. NOT acceptable. I have an hour lunch and it was not my fault you left out the dressing. So 20 minutes later and my lunch is ending and I have no dressing. I wasn't able to eat my salad and so my money and my time was wasted. I will never order from you again.
