The Pop Parlour — Restaurant in Florida

Pop Parlour is a great little cafe. I've been going here since my first semester at UCF and I've always been impressed. Their popsicles are all handmade and delicious, they always put effort into every batch. The Baristas are all good, just be patient with the new guys. They always have interesting coffee combos and aren't on the sweet side which is nice. Sugar doesn't equal flavor and these guys know that. The rose latte is exceptional and you should definitely give it a try. They also host an open Mic night on Fridays, so give that a shot it you have some free time and want to listen to some fun artists in a relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now, and I’ve never had a bad drink or popsicle! The owner, Adam, is a super cool guy, and all the baristas are super sweet people! This is the perfect place to study and hang out on campus. My favorite espresso drink is the honey lavender latte!! So delicious! Please come here if you want a good coffee, tea, popsicle, or just some good vibes!

The highlight for me was definitely their Nutella popsicle. It was absolutely delicious, with a rich and creamy texture that perfectly balanced the sweetness. The cold brew I ordered was simply horrible; it was overly bitter and lacked the smoothness.
