The Salad Station — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered twice by Ubereats, about to order a third time. This is easily the best salad restaurant in the area and fortunately they are fairly close to our home. Even better, they are very close to my office off Race Track Road! This is actually a 4.5 star review.

I've ordered the baked potato and 10 topping salads twice and both times they were excellent. One topping was missed on one of the salads, and the cheese was left out of one of my baked potato orders, thus the 4.5 star review. We are all human so it's not a big deal, and hopefully the restaurant will persist with continuous process improvement to increase quality.

The salads are sumptious- with thick cut turkey and ham that don't seem overly salty, generous diced/shredded bacon, and plump salad-sized shimp. The chicken is very well seasoned, not plain, bland white meat, and it appears to be either grilled or roasted. I requested blue cheese on both my salads and it was both generous and tasty. Which reminds me- their blue cheese dressing is to die for. LOADED with chunks of blue cheese. I did not like the pita placed on top- it could not decide if it was fresh or toasted. The tase and texture were not acceptable.

I have by no means tried everything on the salad menu as I prefer a chef/Cobb type salad most times. But with all the available toppings, there must be millions of combinations that allow anyone to build a salad they love.

My wife has ordered 2 wraps and they were spectacular both times. Cookies seem to be store-made, along the lines of Spunkmeirs, and taste home made (including a very slight taste of cookie pan burn which I personally like). Wish there were a few other sweeets on the menu.

One thing I wish I could do on the Ubereats interface is double certain things, for example shrimp, as 2 of my topping choices. I totally get that a salad with 10 portions of shrimp probably can't be done for $15, but perhaps the restaurant could work with Ubereats about allowing double portions of certain ingredients?

As mentioned above, hopefully the restaurant can tweek those little problems that come up when managing an extremely long list of ingredients. This was a Door Dash order: I Ordered a "10" topper Salad received only 9...the kale had turned yellow, the strawberries had turned mushy and sour, some blueberries were mushy, the cucumber was very bitter and the lettuce was not quality! I called Salad Station and let them know and the staff explain that the manager will be back and will call you to take care of this. Well the manager never did call back (the staff called back) an hour later while I waited at home unable to eat my dinner. and said the manager told me we can't do anything about it you have to call Door Dash! Doordash was unable to reorder my salad due to "technical difficulties" on their end so I called Salad station and they said the only way that they could help me was they'll make me another salad but I have to come in to get it. I could have went through doordash again but they had to refund my money first from the first order I'd have to reorder it again and wait another half hour for my order to get to my home. I took the refund from doordash and did not have dinner that night I will never go back to salad station again. They never called back to see if anything was resolved or offer me...
