The food in this place is great, but the owner doesn’t know how to handle a business and keep a customer. The owner “she” rushed me to order while i was eating because i wanted to take order to go. Sadly she left it on the counter and didn’t give it to me on the table. Well, i forgot my order completely and never made it again to the store because it was a 30 mins drive. Well, one time i passed by the place and she reminded me of the bowl. I asked her i can get the bowl again, she was like no we did it and we threw it away can’t give you anything. Well i asked for a discount or anything like that cz i paid 20$ for that bowl. She didn’t give me any discount or anything in return because i wouldn’t say it’s my fault completely, it’s hers too. Well, i ordered again and paid about 50$ and got a tea, even a tea couldn’t give it for free for the mistake. But well never again...

YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Poke Falls is my GO-TO poke place in the area! the food never fails to be delicious and the portion for the price is always great! I've eaten here for over a year and i have not been disappointed. the options are endless! the customer service is always great though i usually order my food through Doordash. I can't say enough about this place. Their ingredients always taste fresh and delicious. What makes this place stand out from other poke places i eat at is the amount of toppings and additions you can add and the pricing for this. i looove them for this because for me personally i like to have a lot of variety in the topping that i put in my poke, so it's like the icing on the cake. honestly just trust me, this place is...

I have been here numerous times and have never received this poor of a level of experience. I have a severe food allergy, watched the woman making my food cross contaminate (no gloves changing when making multiple dishes) and argue with me when I asked her to remake the dish with new gloves. It was explained to her how cross contamination works and she argued back that nothing was cross contaminated. She tried to prove her point while re-making my dish and touching the spoon with the food I am allergic to. All to say she did not remake the dish for free and asked me to pay half.
