This is the third time I have been insanely disappointed. I used to give 5 stars. I'm not sure what has changed. I let the manager know on the first occasion, they kindly compensated 2 of the 4 meals I ordered because the other 2 orders were not needed, the second time I called and told the manager that I did not want anything other than the correct order. This time, I changed my review and regretfully have one less lunch spot. Mind you, I've ordered from them 1 or more times (usually 2) per week for about 2 years. The orders no longer come back correctly. I love the floor staff, but I cannot justify dining at a place where the food is wrong just because I like the little who bring it to me. I don't with Terry, I believe was his name... I appreciate that he handled the call professionally, but I'm not going to waste any more time calling as it seemingly provides...
