Titos Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I have been coming to titos pizza for 5 years now almost religiously , when I call the store she answers and already knows what I'm going to order. My first time coming to titos pizza I had just moved into my first house with my wife who was then my girlfriend. We now have a 4 year old and 2 year old who have built a love for titos aswell. Wich is why it actually hurts me to be making this negative post . I placed an order online for the very first time in 5 years tonight because my wife who is due in a week had a last minute craving and placed the order while I was driving the order went through and the money came out of my account I went to titos about 30 minutes late because that's how long it always takes for cheese ravioli. When I got there the women working at the front I have never gotten her name but she is the same women I have always talked to she told me there was no order in my wifes name or number and she didn't have a single order with cheese ravioli on it. She didn't have any solution to offer me or any help at all she simply told me I must have placed it for another's titos. Now this is my first time ordering titos online but I have always used titos website for the menu, I ordered the food to the correct location and I never received my food , I never received a refund and now I have to disput this through my bank. She was incredibly rude to me and didn't offer any type of help I told her that I would not be back and had been coming there for 5 years and was sad to see our relationship end like this and she did not care and some older gentleman who im assuming is the owner came around the corner and told me to leave they don't care they don't need my business. I can not believe they way they treated a customer of 5 years , they know me my wife and my two kids they have given my kids free pizza before and always treated us like family and tonight it was like none of that mattered and now my.pregnant wife is crying in bed hungry with no food and I can not convince her to eat anything else and she refuses to eat from titos ever again I would be lying if I said that titos food is bad Titos food is great , everything on the menu is great I've tried everything But titos service is very horrible and I have been lucky enough to only witness how they treat people negatively up until tonight I got to experience it for myself. They talk to their workers like dogs everytime I'm in there and I should of known they would treat me the same way if they had the opportunity too.

Edit: So what we aren't going to do is call us unintelligent and liars. Let's get things straight. We have NEVER had an issue once with your business and certainly have never claimed this same thing to have happened before or we would have never ordered again. Secondly, I have a screenshot which we showed you showing the charge to YOUR store. So unless you can point us to the "other" Titos pizza in spring hill you keep claiming there is, then who is the liar now? We have used the SAME website link for years that is on your Google for your business to view the menu and call your store. This was our first time ever using your horrible ordering system you guys recently added. So if your ONLY reason to what happened is that the ordering system we used was fake or fraudulent then that also sounds like a YOU problem. Not us. So get it together. There was many ways this could have been handled and you guys chose the worst way possible. It really showed your guys true colors. To talk the way you guys did to long time,loyal customers, in front of our 4yr old son is baffling. We are honestly more disappointed more than anything. We wrote this review as a heads up to anyone who enjoys eating at this establishment. We have enjoyed their food for years and have bragged about it to everyone we know, never ONCE had an issue like these people are claiming(must have us confused with someone else) and one misunderstanding and they were cussing and yelling. Did not even attempt to come to a resolution but went straight to calling us liars and...

Uodate .... i never lied first of all second like i said its been a long while since i ordered from here so i said i want somthing different that wy i was there. But after eating your horrible thing you call food and also reading the reviews i know i will never be back .you guys rebuttle your reviews with bashing people i stead of apologizing to see where your problems can be fixed.From my point of view thats bad customer service.id rather have frozen pizza before i order from this establishment.. im done so you can come back with lame ass lies about what I said and didn't say plane and simple. Head to marc anthonys on mariner very nice guy awsome business great pizza ...i don't care what he charges pizza speaks for itself!🙃 First of all it's been a few years since I've been there not a year and a half second I never said it was great food what I said was I live on the other side of the county and wanted somthing different from where I usually go so get your story straight before you reply with the negative response. As I read YOUR reviews I see you guys rather bash people for giving an honest review instead of sorry how can I fix this issue .no I am not cheap as you called my wife I will drive to tampa ,clearwater even orlando for good food and not worry about what I'm spending I am not rich by no means but calling me cheap lmao you don't know me . My money is good anywhere...

My 69 year old father has been in the pizza business for over 40 years, and owned his own very successful business for over 30 years in Connecticut the pizza capitol of the country. He moved to Florida a little over two months and took a job at Tito’s, it was probably the worst possible thing he could do. While working there he was nonstop degraded and yelled at for every little thing. The owners had the audacity to tell him that he’s learned nothing in the little time he was there, and that he was doing everything wrong. My father has perfected the craft and has been working close to 60 hours a week, he didn’t deserve to be belittled by people that he can run circles around when it comes to pizza. My dad is the hardest working man I know, solely based off the way they treated him I would never recommend this establishment. They need to reevaluate the way they treat their employees. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible.

Reply: It has nothing to do with evil or wishing ill on someone, my father is a very hard worker and knows everything when it comes to pizza. He deserves respect. A almost 70 year old man who can outwork people half his age doesn’t deserve to be yelled at and degraded. I don’t think you or anyone else would appreciate someone talking to their father the way my dad...
