I live in Spring Hill and this is the China Garden located in Kass Circle. I've been going here for a while now and used to love everything. Something's changed and it tastes almost like food is being recooked instead of made fresh? I don't know but it's off and it doesn't taste the same. I don't know if the chef changed or the quality of the food but I'm sad to say I'm going to be trying elsewhere in town. I really like them and absolutely love the lady that takes the orders and wraps everything up but I just don't like the food that much anymore. It's not terrible and if I can't find anywhere better then I'll come back. It's not the worst Chinese I've ever had but I just miss the way it used to be. It used to be the best I've had in Spring Hill. I live super close too so that's unfortunate as they were really convenient. I hope something changes so we can come back. Very sad :( Giving 3 stars because it's not the worst I've had (never gotten sick) but it's definitely gone down hill. We usually order at least once a week and it's only been...
Read moreThis is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I. I ordered 2 pork egg rolls, and got and God to Spring rolls, which were so overcooked the outside fell off it when you bit it. I also ordered sesame chicken, which looked and tasted like orange chicken with sesame thrown on it.and it had water chestnuts in it that weren't supposed to be there. I ordered pork fried rice and it tasted burnt and was salty. But last but not least I ordered chicken wings, they are so salty they were not even edible. It literally tasted like they were dipped in salt. I can't believe I spent $40 on food that was so disgusting it went directly into the garbage. . I called to complain, and the woman did not even speak English. I will never get food from here again, I don't know how they have 4 point whatever stars but they deserve none.. If you're smart you will not order from...
Read moreWas looking for a good Chinese place and this was recommended. Went to place an order of fried pot stickers, egg rolls and shrimp lo mein. Got home and found pork fried rice and not shrimp lo mein. Called and went back, asked where fried rice was , stated l didnt bring it since it was opened. Guess they would have reheated it and given to someone else. So l was charged for the lo mein again because of their mistake. But was told to grab a free drink on way out Pot stickers were good , a total of ten were served. Egg rolls were also very good ,crisp and tasted very fresh. The lo mein as others have stated is not lo mein but spaghetti noodles. It consisted of a good amount of shrimp . However in the spaghetti were a few onion strips and then 6 snow pea pods on top , nothing else. So still searing for a good local Chinese...
