Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi — Restaurant in Florida

This is one of my favorite spots in town. Maggie the owner I have know since the Chinese restaurant next door is theirs aswell has always treated me like a king. It is small and intimate. The servers are extremely polite and helpful. They do have a few young training servers so please be patient with them . But the food! Ohh the food is excellent!! Inexpensive but so well done. Try the shrimp shumai. The sushi bar is always a treat. With little chef creations given as amuse that should be on the menu. They have the talent to take it so much higher. We came here for a birthday lunch celebration. Since we entered the restaurant you feel a positive vibe. It was super clean and organized.

We ordered different dishes as we had a group of 6 people. Everything we ordered was prepared fresh and it was delicious. The vegetables are super fresh and great quality. The sushi was perfection and the hibachi delicious. 🤤

This place is ridiculous. I called to inquire as to whether they had gluten free options and they said they did but I had to indicate in the comments. Ordered through Uber eats and did what they said. Waited and waited for the delivery then saw the order had been cancelled. Called the restaurant and they said that I had said gluten free on an item that could not be done that way. Would have been nice if they had called or indicated this was the issue. So I deleted that item and reordered. Twice it was cancelled so after two hours, no delivery. If they can’t get an ordering system right I hate to see what food...
