8/16/2025 Hard to stay away, still best bagel in Naples. They toast great in my air-fryer! Find it best for me to go on Saturday AM less street traffic in and out of mall. Staff are always so accommodating, patiently helping me as I learn their rewards program.

3/3/25 Still best bagels in Naples but they just increased price from $2 each to $2.5 and their equipment would not give me the reward registered to my account. It will be a while before I go back.

9/27/24 Now find myself going here once a week; best bagels, not doughy, so many flavors. Asiago cheese has good flavor, poppy was a little messy.

11/8/2023 Oh, my favorite so far is the sugar cinnamon. Not fond of the blueberry,to heavy! My first visit! Searching for good Bagel place in Naples; this one is very close to me and I had a couple of recommendations when I was at Golden Gate Garden Shop. Had to wait until Monday because already closed. Great location; has some place for outside eating although that could use a little TLC. Location was clean and bright, well taken care of and the store representative was friendly and clean. Made my purchase and anxiously took home; we enjoyed my selection the next day for breakfast. I have been buying bagels at Empire Bagel here in Naples ever since they opened their store. I am from Brooklyn so I know what a good bagel is. Now I changing my toon, I had a $5.00 coupon that was sent to me from Empire and decided to get some great bagel's. Well like everything else in our world that changes so does my favorite bagel here in Naples. Empire must have changed their ingredients and that is a BIG mistake. The bagels tasted like Florida bread. "terrible". Empire don't cut corners on your product or your nice business might go down hill. I only gave in 1 star where my old ratings were 5 stars. 23 years in Naples finally we had great bagels now I am worried. AFTER REVIEW POST received a call from corporate explaining yesterday there was an problem with the ovens baking process and they were aware of the issue. They did say there was no change in the way the bagels were made. There will be a gift card waiting at the store for me to assure that the bagels that I love are still the same. This morning, my family and I stopped by for bagels and coffee before a long road trip. I am so happy we stopped here! I can’t believe I hadn’t been to Empire Bagel Factory sooner!

To start off, the bagel shop is super cute and clean. And when you walk in, you’re greeted by the smiling staff. Max, Grace, and Jason helped us out today. They were helpful, patient, efficient and so friendly!!

Next, the bagels were soooo yummy! My in-laws are from New York, and they know good bagels… and they were SO impressed by these! We loved them so much! The cinnamon raisin and sesame were delicious, and we can’t wait to come back and try different flavors. The cream cheese was also so fresh!

Lastly, the coffee was superb. My husband loved the hot coffee, but I LOVED the iced coffee. The best thing is that they have coffee ice cubes, so you can sip it all morning without having to worry about it melting and getting watered down! They also had many flavor options, and even some sugar free ones, which is awesome.

Can’t wait to come back to Empire...
